3 Clearing Your Cache/Cookies Tangled in a never ending loading process? Chances are that your browser is caching some older JavaScript. Don t worry! There s a solution for you. Clearing Browser Cache Mac OS Safari (Version 8.0+) 1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. 2. In the menu that appears, click Preferences. 3. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. 4. Click the button Remove All Website Data. 5. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears. Chrome (Version 48.0+) 1. Click Chrome in the upper left hand side of your screen. 2. In the menu that appears, click Clear Browsing Data. 1 P a g e

4 3. Select the range of the time frame you wish to configure. 4. Select Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site data. 5. Click the button Clear Browsing Data. 6. Confirm the action once the pop up window appears. 7. You can also access clearing your browser data by selecting Preferences and then selecting Under the Hood as seen on the image below. 2 P a g e

5 Internet Explorer Microsoft has stopped the support for Internet Explorer for Mac on December 31 st, This browser is no longer applicable for use on a Mac. Firefox (Version 44.0) 1. Select Tools from the ribbon. 2. In the options that appear, click Clear Recent History. 3. Select the desired range. 4. Next is to choose which element of the history to clear P a g e

8 Clearing Browser Cache Microsoft OS Safari (6.0) Apple has stopped supporting Safari on Microsoft since 2 May 2012 so this browser is no longer applicable. Chrome (Version 48.0+) 1. Select the three-bar icon on the top right hand corner of the browser. 2. Click Settings. 3. From the left hand panel of options, select History. 4. Click Clear browsing data P a g e

9 5. Once the pop up window shows up, select the range you wish to clear and the elements you wish to configure. When all is set, click the Clear browsing data button. Internet Explorer (Version 11.0) 1. Click the Tools icon (gear-looking icon) on the top right hand corner of the browser. 2. Click Internet Options. 3. Under the browsing history, click the Delete button. 4. Choose which element you wish to delete, and when ready, click the Delete button. 7 P a g e

10 Firefox (Version 44.0) 1. Select the three-bar icon on the top right hand corner of the browser. 2. Click Options. 3. Select the Privacy tab. 4. Click the Clear your recent history link. 8 P a g e

11 5. Next is to choose which element of the history to clear. 6. Click the button Clear Now. Clearing Browser Cache iphone Safari 1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iphone or ipad. 2. Scroll down and tap on Safari. 3. Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced. 4. Tap on Website Data Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data. 6. Confirm one more time if you'd like to delete all data. Google Chrome on ios (iphone) 1. Click on the menu button (three bars in the top right corner). 2. Click on settings 3. Click on Privacy 4. Select Clear Cache 5. Confirm one more time if you'd like to delete all data. 9 P a g e

12 Clearing Browser Cache BlackBerry i Versions: BlackBerry Desktop Software 5.0 to 6.1 BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 to 5.0 BlackBerry Browser: BlackBerry 6 and 7 To force a request for a fresh web page from the Internet Protocol (IP) proxy, the BlackBerry Browser cache can be cleared on the BlackBerry smartphone using either the BlackBerry Desktop Software or the BlackBerry smartphone. To use the BlackBerry smartphone to clear the BlackBerry Browser cache, complete the following steps: For BlackBerry smartphones running BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 to 5.0: 1. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click the Options icon, then select the About option. 2. Check the screen to confirm that the BlackBerry smartphone is running BlackBerry Device Software version 4.5 or later. 3. If the BlackBerry Device Software version is earlier than 4.5, upgrade the BlackBerry Device Software. 4. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser. 5. Press the Menu key, and click Options. 6. Click Cache Operations. 7. Click Clear on the corresponding cache items that are to be removed. For BlackBerry smartphones running BlackBerry 6 and BlackBerry 7: 1. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser. 2. Press the Menu key, and click Options. 3. Scroll to the very bottom of the options list where there will be a section called Clear Browsing Data. 4. Select the desired options and choose Clear Now. To use the BlackBerry Desktop Software to clear the BlackBerry Browser cache, complete the following steps: For BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0, complete the following steps: 1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer. 2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click Backup and Restore. 3. Click Advanced. 10 P a g e

13 4. From the list of available databases on the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser Cache or Browser Data Cache, and then click Clear. For BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 to 6.1, complete the following steps: 1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer. 2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software and click the Device drop down and select Delete Data. 3. Click Selected data. 4. From the list of available databases on the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser Cache or Browser Data Cache, and then click Delete. Clearing Browser Cache Android Internet Browsers 1. Open the Internet Browser and tap the Menu Button ( ) 2. Tap the Settings in the menu 3. Tap Privacy & Settings 4. Tap Clear cache at the top of the menu Samsung Browser 1. Open the Samsung Browser and tap the Menu Button ( ) 2. Tap Settings 3. Tap Privacy in the advanced section 4. Tap Clear Form Data 5. Hit OK to confirm Google Chrome 1. Open the Google Chrome browser and tap the Menu Button ( ) 2. Tap the Settings in the menu 3. Tap Privacy in the advanced section 4. Scroll down ad tap Clear Browsing Data 5. Ensure that Cache and Cookies, site data are checked and then tap Clear Mozilla Firefox 1. Open the Google Chrome browser and tap the Menu Button ( ) 2. Tap the Settings in the menu 3.
