This means depending on our current project list we ll reach out to our recruitment partners to find our consultants roles. Recruiters who are added to our Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) are given access to our network of expert consultants, all of whom come with a comprehensive benefits package, which protects them, our suppliers and ultimately the end client. We work with a large number of partners around the world, including a network of local financial, legal and government advisors who we use to advise our consultants and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest specification. Wherever they are working in the world, we strive to ensure all our consultants are able to complete their projects without any delays or disruptions; arriving in country for their project on time, with the correct work permits and visas and ensuring they are paid correctly. 11 SERVICES : GLOBAL MOBILITY Expert Location Knowledge We provide our partners, clients and consultants with invaluable location knowledge, advising them of any logistical, legal or compliance issues. We want our partners to grow with us, and our expert local knowledge allows us to help them extend their international reach and move into new markets. Our guidance ensures that our partners contracts are always compliant and helps them to navigate the intricate subtleties of different locations business and social etiquette so that they can prosper. Before we mobilise consultants to any new location we provide them with an extensive location briefing, this equips them with essential knowledge on local culture, customs and social norms. We also continue to offer them in-country support throughout their project. International Financial and Taxation Support Procorre are able to provide our partners with practical and current advice on tax, legal and payroll regulations globally. We provide payroll management, design and implement expense policies and identify tax liabilities. Consultants legislative, payroll and tax obligations are one of our core priorities and we ensure all our consultants are paid correctly and on time. 13 SERVICES : GLOBAL MOBILITY Immigration Process Give consultants an introductory pack which outlines actions required and a dedicated point of contact in our Global Mobility function. 1 Check the suitability of applicants documents and organise extra requirements, e.g. booking medicals. 2 3 Send application forms and supporting documents to relevant authorities for processing. 4 We apply this process to obtain spousal visas for consultants partners too, and we assist with formal registration and deregistration on entering and leaving a jurisdiction. Collect the visa from the consulate. If needed, secure dispensation to collect from consulate outside consultants home country. 13

16 Project Services We want our preferred suppliers to continue to grow and are keen to help them increase their turnover and extend their reach, even providing project funding when applicable. We are on hand to offer our partners the advice and practical assistance required in order to expand into new markets and locations. We are also able to assist them in winning new business by offering tender support, assisting in the completion of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and even completing joint tenders when required. We also collaborate closely with our partners to source new consultants for us, when we have new projects. 16

17 SERVICES : PROJECT SERVICES We collaborate closely with our preferred suppliers and offer them a range of additional benefits aimed at reducing their risk and minimising any disruption and associated costs, should a Procorre Consultant be unable to complete their project. Margin Cover Our exclusive Margin Cover protects our recruitment partners margin, paying them up to 60% of their remaining margin should a Procorre Consultant be unable to complete their project, due to serious illness or critical injury. This cover provides our partners with additional peace of mind when placing any Procorre Consultant onto a project, helps improve their risk profile and provides them with a stronger position when seeking funding. Client Project Disruption Cover Along with protecting both our consultants and partners income, we also offer our Project Disruption Cover, which pays out a fixed fee should a Procorre Consultant be injured or fall seriously ill on project. This fee is payable to our partners to pass on to their clients as required. In a competitive and risk averse market, this cover helps keep our preferred suppliers ahead of the competition.
