6 About O Connor and Associates O Connor and associates commenced providing European and Worldwide Accounting Services in May 2005 to a range of companies and individuals across Europe and further afield including contract staff. The majority of these contract staff are based within the aviation industry and include companies such as Ryanair, Aerlingus and British Airways. Payroll processing and taxation is managed by Claire O Connor. Claire has over 20 years experience in accounting and taxation legislation within Ireland, UK and further afield. IT and managed software systems. All IT and managed software/web services are managed by Simon Gould. Simon has over 15 years experience in IT systems, web development and services. We also have 3 account managers to deal with all customer queries and 2 payroll specialists who deal with all European and worldwide payroll processing. We have taxation and social insurance partners across the following 9 major countries in Europe: United Kingdom Ireland Italy Spain Belgium Sweden Germany The Netherlands France Page 6 of 12

7 Our Services to you Professional Attention: O'Connor & Associates provides you with the level of personal attention we know you require. We are happy to meet with you personally, or deal with your requirements by or telephone at your convenience. We understand you may require guidance and assistance and we are here to help. You will be allocated an individual account manager who you will have direct contact with you to ensure all your needs are met and maintained. Advice: We will give you and your customer s advice on all taxation matters and payroll queries. These consist generally of the following: Payroll processing queries Deductions Pensions and pension advice BIK PRSI Taxes both local and international Social insurance both local and international Any other queries relating to the work O Connor and Associates partake in will be explained in a clear and concise manner. Communications: We accept , website, live chat and telephone queries to all our clients and their customers. Extensive FAQ s and VIDEO demos: We can provide an extensive website FAQ s section on our website or your website. This will be dedicated to the work that O Connor and Associates are doing for you and your clients. This can be provided in multi-language format and consists of FAQ s regarding taxation matters, payslips explained and video demos on all matters that your customers may need. Page 7 of 12

8 Our Mission Our mission statement in O Connor and Associates is: To stay a-head of the constant changing taxation and social insurance legislation in Europe and worldwide with innovative research and high end development in IT systems and software. This can be seen in our approach to new social insurance laws coming into place in Europe now and for We are already implementing payrolls that allow taxes to be paid in the local country and social insurance to be paid in another country. We have a track record of successfully initialising and executing projects of this nature and scope both for you and for the wider industry. We hold our clients dearly and we hold on to them. This can be seen by our current contracts with Ryanair, Aerlingus, British airways, IBM. We have a reservoir of administration & reporting knowledge from work carried out both in the aviation business and other clients. We can provide the contractors with a unique, efficient and client friendly service. Catherine Connolly and Claire O Connor will be available as your Client Account Managers as required during the initialization phase and over the coming years. Quality Assured Total quality assurance, accuracy and trust are essential to our clients we understand that and below we identify the principle quality and security checks that will be provided as part of this contract. But quality stretches to more than checking data for accuracy and integrity. At its core, quality is about the foresight gleaned from the personal information collected, the insights shared, the improvements gained. We run the high end payroll software provided by Perfast in-house. Hands-on communication and always available. In-house customer service also means faster handson times to payroll related queries from contractors. Contractors Support Desk operated from 9AM through 6PM (GMT), Monday through Saturday providing total support by telephone or for everything from understanding the payroll system to maximizing tax efficiency and minimizing the administration burden for contractors. Flexible, responsive staff making it easy for every contractor to do business with us. A relationship of mutual trust is essential and has been established between us and our current clients in over a number of years.
