2 Laser Cutting R E Cooke is a leading specialist in laser cutting within the UK. Our CNC laser cutting machine will cut the most complicated shapes out of steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The benefits include speed, absence of tooling costs, tight tolerances and a high quality finish.

3 R E Cooke are able to bend blanks from a variety of sheet stock, including most steels, aluminium and yellow metals. Our vast range of standard tooling means that we can product components extremely cost effectively and in any quantity.

5 R E Cooke have many years of in house experience in the machining of steel, aluminium, stainless steel and plastics using our CNC controlled, vertical machining and turning centres and other associated machines.

6 R E Cooke have in house, multi stage, pre-treatment processes to ensure a high quality standard of coat adherence. Our purpose built powder coating plant allows us to offer guaranteed high standards, totally within our control. We can offer epoxy or polyester depending on the end user of the component. We also offer specialised low emission paints for safety critical environments. In addition we can provide high quality zinc, nickel and chrome plating through our approved subcontractors.
