1 HAROLD W. HARRY BARLEY Executive Director METROPLAN ORLANDO 315 East Robinson Street, Suite 355 Orlando, FL Phone: Harold Harry Barley is the Executive Director of MetroPlan Orlando. This organization is responsible for transportation planning in Orange, Seminole and Osceola Counties. Harry s worked in the transportation industry for 30 years. Most of his experience was earned with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority building the Metro system in the Washington, D.C. area. He s also worked on regional transportation projects in the Republic of China and Athens, Greece. He earned his Bachelor s degree from the State University of New York and did his graduate work in City and Regional Planning at the Catholic University of America. He also is a graduate of the Management Program at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Harry belongs to a number of professional organizations and he is active in civic activities. He is currently the Chairman of Florida s 26 Metropolitan Planning Organizations and the Chairman of the Winter Park Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board.

2 Biography Max D. Crumit, P.E. Executive Director Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority 4974 ORL Tower Road Orlando, FL Phone: Max D. Crumit began serving as the Executive Director of the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority in July 2012 after serving as interim executive director for seven months. His more than 30 years of transportation planning, engineering, and toll industry experience, combined with his strategic and operational development and management expertise has made him a leader within the transportation and tolling industries. Prior to beginning his service at the Expressway Authority, Mr. Crumit held executive transportation positions at two national firms, RS&H and PBS&J. He is a member of ACEC, ARTBA, ASCE, FES, FICE, IBTTA and is an external advisory board member of the University of Florida s Center for Multimodal Solutions for Congestion Mitigation (CMS). Mr. Crumit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida. He is also a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in its Executive Business Institute program.

3 CAROLYN M. FENNELL Director of Public Affairs Greater Orlando Aviation Authority One Airport Boulevard Orlando, Florida Phone: Carolyn M. Fennell is responsible at Orlando International Airport and the Orlando Executive Airport for external and internal media relations, public and community activities. Prior to joining the Aviation Authority, she was production assistant to Peter Jennings for ABC News in London and a publicist for Walt Disney World. Among her awards is the Public Relations Professional of the year by the Florida Public Relations Association. In addition, Ms. Fennell was previously named by Orlando Magazine as one of the 15 women defining power in Central Florida. Ms. Fennell, long active in the Central Florida community, was recently chosen the 2010 Business Woman of the Year and Business Executive of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal. In September of 2010 she was inducted into the Central Florida Hospitality Hall of Fame by the University Of Central Florida Rosen College Of Hospitality. On January 1, 2011 she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta s Jacksonville Branch. She is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, is on the Board of Trustees of the Orlando Museum of Art, and is a member of the Leadership Advisory Council of SKAL International Orlando. She is Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the School of Journalism and Graphic Communication for Florida A & M University. Ms. Fennell is currently serving on the ACI-NA Marketing and Communications Steering Committee and previously twice Chairman of that committee. She is a former Chairman of the Metropolitan Orlando Urban League. With her broad international experience, Ms. Fennell has lived in the United Kingdom, Asia, and the South Pacific. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from Florida A & M University and studied at Queen's University, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

4 JERRY G. HENDERSON Federal Security Director Transportation Security Administration 5850 T.G. Lee Boulevard Suite 610 Orlando, FL Phone: Jerry Henderson is the Federal Security Director (FSD) at Orlando International Airport (MCO). Prior to arriving at MCO, Mr. Henderson was the FSD at Little Rock International Airport (LIT). He became the first Federal Security Director for the Transportation Security Administration s (TSA) multi-modal security operations in the State of Arkansas in July His responsibilities include enforcement of federal aviation security laws and regulations at both the Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). Previous to TSA, Mr. Henderson had a 21-year active duty aviation career with the U.S. Navy with assignments at various locations around the nation and overseas. While in the Navy he was designated a Naval Flight Officer and has completed numerous military leadership training programs. As a career Naval Officer he served in numerous progressive leadership positions; including service as a Commanding Officer and as a Officer-In-Charge of a P-3C Anti-Submarine Warfare Squadron. He has led and directed long range maritime patrol contingency, counter-narcotics and intelligence collection operations around the world and led a large armed security force during wartime posture. Prior to accepting his current FSD position he briefly served as a Navy Junior ROTC Instructor. Mr. Henderson holds a Master s in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle University and a Bachelor s of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Mr. Henderson is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia. He and his wife Melody have three children.

5 STEVE HOGAN Executive Director Florida Citrus Sports One Citrus Bowl Place Orlando, FL Phone: Steve Hogan was named the executive director of Florida Citrus Sports in August of 2006, after serving the organization for eleven years. He has been instrumental in its development from a bowl game into a much larger organization. In addition to his previous duties as assistant executive director, Hogan directly oversaw the Properties department of FCSports. In four years at that position, he has been responsible for all corporate sponsorships, merchandise, group ticket sales, skybox sales, regional brand marketing programs and advertising campaigns. Successes during that period include negotiations with the city of Orlando and the University of Central Florida that produced the right to acquire a naming rights partner for the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium, the addition of a state of the art $2.8 million dollar video scoreboard and upper-deck display system, and a four-year, $4.5 million title partner agreement for what is now the Champs Sports Bowl. Hogan guided the growth and the development of the Champs Sports Bowl since its move to Orlando in Most recently, he structured the innovative title sponsorship deal that laid the foundation for the game s ability to raise team payouts from $1.7 million in 2005 to over $4 million in 2006 and played a key role in negotiating the renewals of the ESPN television contract and the ACC as a bowl partner, and the addition of the Big Ten conference to improve the game s match-up for the next four year cycle. He has also played a major part in the renewal of contracts for the Florida Classic, keeping the nation s largest historically black college and university (HBCU) football game in Orlando through With the new agreement, FCSports has taken on a stronger administrative role, serving as a managing organization for corporate partnerships, the game itself and all official ancillary events. In 1998, Hogan created the Gridiron Classic, a college football All-Star game to be played in Orlando. He became the executive director of the game and took it from concept to reality. This included negotiating television and title sponsor agreements and developing the necessary NFL and NFLPA relationships. In seven years, the game produced 136 NFL draft picks and generated over $1 million for charitable causes. Prior to the development of the Gridiron Classic, Hogan worked in the FCSports Events department, first as an events manager and then as senior director of events and operations. He managed a number of neutral-site college and professional football games held at the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium, including Notre Dame vs. Navy and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. the Miami Dolphins. He also worked on the Orlando Citrus Parade, then the Citrus Bowl Game Parade, and increased gross income by 200% in his first year. Before arriving at FCSports in 1995, Hogan spent time at both McCaw Communications and the New York Times Newspaper Group in a marketing capacity. A native of Chicago, Hogan graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1991 with a B.A. in advertising and public relations. He currently resides in Orlando.

6 Biography Tawny H. Olore, P.E. Rail Transit Project Manager Florida Department of Transportation 133 South Semoran Boulevard Orlando, FL Phone: Tawny Olore currently serves as the Florida Department of Transportation s District Five Project Manager for the Rail Transit program, which includes Central Florida s SunRail project. Ms. Olore has more than two decades of experience assessing impacts associated various transportation and environmental projects. She received her bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Maine and her Masters degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. In her current role at the Department, Ms. Olore is responsible for managing various rail transit projects, including Light Rail, Commuter Rail, and rail technology.

7 Biography Russell Roberts Vice President of Corporate Development Florida East Coast Industries 8427 South Park Circle Suite 140 Orlando, FL Phone: As Vice President of Corporate Development, Rusty Roberts is responsible for engaging stakeholders involved with FECI s capital projects, including local, state and federal agencies. His involvement spans across FECI and its subsidiary companies, including Flagler, a full-service commercial real estate company; All Aboard Florida, the United States first privately owned passenger rail; South Florida Logistics Services, an integrated logistics company; and Parallel Infrastructure, a right-of-way management and development company. Mr. Roberts brings more than 30 years of legislative and political management experience. He has served as Chief of Staff for Congressman John L. Mica, who also chaired the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Mr. Roberts spent the past two years as Managing Director of the Transportation and Infrastructure Practice at BGR Government Affairs, a top Washington, D.C. lobbying firm. He represented such high-profile clients as the Association of American Railroads, JetBlue Airways, Toyota and the Outdoor Advertising Association. Mr. Roberts private sector experience includes serving as the federal lobbyist for Miami-Dade County; Public Affairs Director for Capital Bank; and Executive Director of Miami Baseball, Inc. Mr. Roberts attended the University of South Florida and University of Maryland University College.
