Foundation s mission is to build community by building philanthropy. By managing and investing donor funds, connecting donors with projects they feel passionately about, and providing research for donors to make informed decisions, the Community Foundation connects people with what they care about in the Central Florida community. The Foundation staff and Board provide services to hundreds of individuals and families in Central Florida who are active in philanthropy. Before joining the Community Foundation, Mark spent almost ten years as a Management and Performance Consultant, and President of MBO, Inc. In that role, he is a well-known national speaker on the topics of Nonprofit Sector Management, Strategic Planning and Community Investment. The Mark has assisted individuals, families and small companies with philanthropic planning, and worked with more than 100 nonprofit Boards across the Central Florida Region to establish strategic and scenario planning initiatives. Mark s involvement in the Central Florida nonprofit sector spans more than two decades and a variety of projects and positions on both the staff and volunteer side. Through a program of the Community Foundation, Mark has worked with more than 30 nonprofit Boards in the last two years on a pro bono basis to facilitate strategic and scenario discussions and the implementation of community initiatives. Mark has served on many community boards including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Orlando Neighborhood Investment Fund Advisory Board, The AvMed Health Community Advisory Board, The Orlando Citizen Corp Council, and The Florida Nonprofit Resource Center where he was Chairman from 1997 to 1999 during its merger with Rollins College. Mark served on the national board of the American Diabetes Association, is a past chair of the ADA National Task Force on Visibility and Image, and past-chair of the Association s Florida Affiliate. He currently serves as the President of the Central Florida Planned Giving Council, Chairman of the myregion.org Demographics and Social Services Committee, Chairman of the Florida Federation of Community Foundations, and is a member of several planned giving advisory committees. Mark holds several securities industry accreditations.

Brown has served as President & CEO for Heart of Florida United Way since March 13, He is a skilled nonprofit administrator, with over 34 years of experience. Prior to leading the Heart of Florida United Way, Mr. Brown served as President & CEO of Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida. He was employed by the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation for 19 years. During that time, he directed chapters in several cities including Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, and San Francisco. He later served as national Vice President for March of Dimes Major Chapters. Mr. Brown also served as the national Executive Director of The American Foundation for AIDS Research, Executive Director for the Leukemia Society, and was a founding partner and President of the consulting firm Brown, Nordin, and York Inc. Forgét is the program manager responsible for the Donors Forum of Central Florida, Executive Transition, and the Certificate in Leadership Practice. Her nonprofit experience includes program planning and development, volunteer management, and facilitation and training. She has worked with AmeriCorps service programs nationwide as well as local and regional education-based nonprofits. She is a member of the board of directors for the League of Women Voters of Orange County and serves as the chair of the League's Education Committee. She is a 2009 recipient of the Orlando Business Journal s 40 Under Forty accolade. Kaia received a B.A. in Communication Studies from Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y., and an M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Central Florida.

Her nonprofit experience includes planning and development, nonprofit and volunteer management, training, and board governance in the fields of domestic violence, senior services, housing and emergency management. She has been a founding member of two nonprofit organizations and served as executive director of one. She is the 2009 recipient of the Thaddeus Seymour Staff Award for Community Engagement at Rollins College. Ms. Furlong has been active in the nonprofit community since completing her undergraduate education at the University of Mississippi.

Knight has been President & CEO of United Arts of Central Florida. She serves on the Board of Governors of Orlando, Inc. (Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce.) She is also on the advisory boards of Central Florida s United Negro College Fund, United Arts Funds Council for Americans for the Arts, and a member of the Rotary Club of Orlando. In 2002, the Orlando Business Journal named her one of its 100 most influential people. In 2004 Girl Scouts of Citrus Council honored her as a Woman of Distinction. Following a very brief theatrical career, she was oral historian for the Whitman County, WA Historical Society, director of the Oral History Office at Washington State University, regional coordinator of the Washington Women's Heritage Project, and interim director of the Washington (State) Commission for the Humanities. She also designed and raised funds for several oral history projects including one with pioneering women journalists on behalf of the Washington Press Club Foundation. McAllaster is the Dean and a Professor of Management at the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He spent over a decade working for Consolidated Foods, AVX Corporation and Loral Corporation in executive positions. McAllaster has served on the faculties of Alfred State College, Cornell University and the University of Central Florida. 7 CAPTAIN BILL ROTO REUTER Commanding Officer Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Research Parkway Orlando, FL Phone: Captain Bill Roto Reuter most recently served as the Executive Officer of NAWCTSD and NSA Orlando. A native of Key West, Florida, he was commissioned in August 1984 through the NROTC Program at the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He was designated a Naval Aviator in December 1986 at NAS Kingsville, Texas, reporting to VFA-106, NAS Cecil Field for training in the F/A-18A Hornet at VFA-106 with follow-on assignment to VFA-87 in September 1987, completing deployments on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). He proceeded to the Naval Postgraduate School in July In June of 1992, he reported to the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School in Patuxent River, Maryland. Upon completion, he was assigned to Strike Aircraft Test Directorate where he was the F/A-18 Mission Systems Project Officer and F/A-18 test pilot. He joined the staff of the United States Naval Test Pilot School in 1995 as the lead F/A-18 Systems Instructor. His next assignment was at PMA-265 (F/A-18 Program Office) at the Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (F/A-18 Program Office), serving as the Deputy Program Manager for Communication, Navigation and Identification programs. In November 1998, Capt. Reuter began his second tour at the Naval Strike Aircraft Test Squadron, serving as the Ordnance Support Team Leader, F/A-18 A-D Project Coordinator. He departed Strike to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition) in Washington, D.C. In January 2003, Capt. Reuter reported as Chief Test Pilot of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 23 (VX-23) and subsequently assumed Command in June Upon completion of his command tour, he reported to Commander Naval Air Forces and served as the Director for Aircraft Material and Engineering and was selected for Command of Naval Air Warfare Center-Training Systems Division assuming his role as Executive Officer in May Capt. Reuter has over 3,000 hours of flight time in 33 different aircraft, of which over 2,100 are in the F/A-18. He has received numerous awards and his degrees include a Masters and Post-Masters (Engineer s Degree) in Aerospace Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Masters in Business Administration from IMPAC University. He is a member of The Society of Experimental Test Pilots. Capt. Reuter, and his wife of 21 years, the former Martha Constance Bruce, resides in Orlando, Florida with their sons, Ryan and Logan, and daughter, Megan.

Rubin negotiated acquisition of the business from Wiltel and Houston Sports Association and developed a successful purchase package for the buyout of Vista-United, Walt Disney World's in-house telecommunications company. Rubin was formerly President of DCT Communications, Inc., an FCC license holder of wireless spectrum for voice and data communications in the 38 Ghz band, which was sold to Advance Radio Telecom in 1997 for $75 million. In 1993, he was the President of Raptor Systems, Inc., a leading software developer of Internet firewall technology that was sold to AXENT for $225 million. Previously, he served as president and COO of AutoInfo, Inc. and vice president of Corporate Information Systems of JP Morgan Chase. Professionally, Rubin has received numerous honors including election to the United States Telecom Association Board of Directors, the title of Distinguished Entrepreneur for 2004 by the Entrepreneurship Institute at Rollins College and selection as the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Florida in the Technology category. He received his B.S. degree in economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
