1 ODIS Tariff For tariff purposes ODIS territory is divided into tariff zones, each assigned with a specific number. Each zone covers specific stops, whereas border stops are assigned to multiple zones at a time. ODIS territory is divided into two types of tariff areas: REGION tariff area (green zones) - covers all tariff zones except for tariff zones including the territory of larger towns with their own dedicated municipal transport systems. TOWN tariff area (OSTRAVA - dark blue tariff zones, OSTRAVA XXL - dark and light blue tariff zones, OPAVA - red tariff zone, HAVÍŘOV - orange tariff zone, KARVINÁ - violet tariff zone, ORLOVÁ - yellow tariff zone, TŘINEC - brown tariff zone, ČESKÝ TĚŠÍN - grey tariff zone, NOVÝ JIČÍN - pink tariff zone) - covers tariff zones of towns and municipalities (Ostrava, Opava, Havířov, Karviná, Orlová, Třinec, Český Těšín, Nový Jičín) having their own dedicated municipal transport systems, respectively the adjacent tariff zones which are operated by municipal transport systems of the above mentioned towns and municipalities. ODIS tariff covers individual tickets and pre-paid tickets. There are two types of individual tickets: Individual town tickets OSTRAVA XXL are valid in the OSTRAVA XXL tariff area and are only limited in terms of time, disregarding of borders amongst particular tariff zones in the relevant area. Individual regional tickets are valid for routes where the beginning or the end (destination) of the route (respectively both the beginning and the end of the route) is situated outside of the OSTRAVA XXL tariff area. These tickets are non-transfer tickets and their price is calculated based on the length of the route (in kilometres). There are two types of pre-paid tickets: 24-hour OSTRAVA tickets are only valid in tariff zones within the territory of the statutory town Ostrava (tariff zones 1, 2, 3, 4). Long-term zone tickets are only valid in the purchased tariff zones. A passenger who will buy a long-term zone ticket for specific zones may - within these zones - take an unlimited number of rides during the ticket validity period, by any line covered in ODIS. The prices of tariff zones in the REGION tariff area are uniform, whereas the prices in TOWN tariff areas are different - see the relevant pricelists. Individual fares The price of the REGIONAL fare is based on the sum of the basic rate and the relevant multiplication of price per each tariff kilometre (based on the distance travelled) and is rounded down to whole CZK. The individual REGIONAL fare is valid for ODIS suburban lines and may be purchased from the following forwarders: Veolia Transport Morava a.s. TQM-holding s.r.o. ČSAD Karviná a.s. 2 Individual REGIONAL tickets cannot be used for travelling inside the OSTRAVA XXL tariff area. The individual regional tickets also do not apply in vehicles of Městský dopravní podnik Opava, a.s., ČSAD Havířov a.s., ČSAD Frýdek-Místek a.s., MHD Havířov, MHD Krnov, MHD Studénka and in trains of České dráhy, a.s. and Viamont Regio a.s. Discounted individual REGIONAL tickets: Kids from the age of 6 until they reach 15 are entitled to 50% discount. Also parents or judicially assigned custodians intending to visit their disabled kids in special institutions are entitled to 50% discount while buying their tickets. The price for transport of dogs and other animals corresponds to the price of discounted ticket (subject to 50% discount). Pupil fare applicable to particular REGIONAL tickets: Pupils from 6 years of age until they reach 15 years of age are entitled to 62.5% discount. Pupils and students from the age of 15 until they reach 26 years of age are entitled to 25% discount. Pupil fare is only valid during the school/ academic year, except for July and August. Also it only applies from the place of residence to school/ university and back. These are non-transfer tickets. Title to discount shall be demonstrated by valid student ID card verified by the forwarder. Individual municipal fare * SMS ticket is only valid while travelling with Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s. Passengers must enter into a transport vehicle with SMS ticket already received into their mobile phones. OSTRAVA XXL individual tickets are valid in the territory of OSTRAVA XXL tariff area (zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25), i.e. the territory of statutory town Ostrava (OSTRAVA TOWN tariff area) and the adjacent towns and municipalities (XXL tariff area). OSTRAVA XXL individual tickets are only limited in terms of time and are valid when used in vehicles of the following forwarders: Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s., Veolia Transport Morava a.s., TQM-holding s.r.o., Radovan Maxner. They cannot be used in vehicles of ČSAD Karviná a.s. and ČSAD Frýdek-Místek a.s. The exception are SMS tickets that are only valid in vehicles of Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s. In České dráhy, a.s. trains only 60-minute civil and discounted ODIS individual tickets for the line Ostrava hl.n. (main station) - Paskov may be used. OSTRAVA XXL discounted individual fare: Kids from the age of 6 until they reach 15 are entitled to 50% discount. The price for transport of dogs and other animals corresponds to the price of discounted ticket (subject to 50% discount). Tariff exception: The individual tickets for OSTRAVA XXL tariff area shall be valid for line No. 5 within the relevant time period as well as for the line Dolní Lhota osada - Zátiší and back. Additional sale of tickets by drivers in vehicles of DP Ostrava a.s. Additional charge of CZK 5.00 to the price of a 60-minute civil undiscounted ticket.

3 Additional charge of CZK 5.00 to the price of a 60-minute discounted ticket for kids from the age of 6 until they reach 15 years of age and to the price of a 60-minute ticket for luggage. Luggage transport Luggage transport shall be governed by individual pricelist. The fare is only limited by time, disregarding the tariff zone. Within the OSTRAVA XXL tariff area the tickets allow for transferring (vehicle change), otherwise no transferring is allowed. In the OSTRAVA XXL tariff area the holders of long-term zone tickets may transport one luggage free of charge within the purchased tariff zones. Pre-paid fare - long-term zone fare 1) valid even during school holidays; 5-month ticket valid for the period from September to January and from February to June 2) not valid in vehicles of Městský dopravní podnik Opava, a.s., ČSAD Frýdek - Místek a.s., MHD Krnov, MHD Havířov and MHD Studénka; in the territory of the statutory town Ostrava (tariff zones 1, 2, 3, 4) passengers over 70 years of age may only travel with valid personal ID card issued by the relevant authority 3) individual tariff zone 30 and combination of tariff zones is only sold on a chip card of Městský dopravní podnik Opava, a.s. Tariff zone 350 is only valid in vehicles of Městský dopravní podnik Opava, a.s. 4) transit zone 300 is valid for TQM-holding s.r.o., České dráhy, a.s. and Veolia Transport Morava a.s. (not valid for Městský dopravní podnik Opava, a.s.) 5) tariff zone 40 is valid for MHD (municipal mass transport) Havířov lines only when purchased on a chip card in pre-sale held by ČSAD Havířov a.s. 6) individual tariff zone 45 and individual tariff zone 60 are valid for MHD (municipal mass transport) only if purchased on a chip card of Veolia Transport Morava a.s., issued by branch office in Třinec. Tickets for passengers over 70 years of age are only valid with Veolia Transport Morava a.s. forwarder 7) should any combination of tariff zones exceeds 10 tariff zones, the ticket is referred to as the network ticket ODISprima - travelling in 1 st vehicle class ODISprima additional charge allows the passengers with a valid ODIS long-term zone ticket to travel in trains of České dráhy, a.s., in 1 st vehicle class sections. Because of a limited number of trains with 1 st vehicle class sections, this additional charge is uniform, disregarding the number of zones purchased. ODISprima additional charge is sold on a separate form, exclusively in ČD railway stations where ODIS long-term zone tickets are offered, and are only valid together with a valid ODIS long-term zone ticket (with identical ODIS card number). Trains where ODISprima additional charge may be used for 1st vehicle class are marked in the official ODIS timetable book in the train header by «symbol. Discounted long-term zone tickets In REGION tariff area (incl. XXL) kids and pupils from 6 years of age until they reach 15 years of age are entitled to 62.5% discount

4 pupils and secondary school/ university students from 15 years of age until they reach 26 years of age are entitled to 25% discount old-age pensioners and handicapped pensioners as well as widow pensioners, after they reach 60 years of age, are entitled to 25% discount In TOWN tariff area kids and pupils from 6 years of age until they reach 15 years of age are entitled to 62.5% discount pupils and secondary school/ university students from 15 years of age until they reach 26 years of age are entitled to 50% discount old-age pensioners and handicapped pensioners and - except for Opava town - also widow pensioners, after they reach 60 years of age, are entitled to 35% discount (25% in Opava, Třinec and Český Těšín) 24-hour fare in Ostrava Discounted 24-hour tickets for Ostrava town: The discounted 24-hour ticket may be used for transport of kids from 6 years of age until they reach 15 years of age, dogs and luggage. 24-hour tickets for Ostrava town are only valid in the territory of the statutory town Ostrava (tariff zones 1, 2, 3, 4) for all ODIS lines. With undiscounted 24-hour ticket up to 5 passengers (2 of that may be older than 15 years at maximum) may travel on weekends and holidays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The extended validity of the ticket only applies to the relevant days, which means the ticket cannot be used for travelling on the day before or the subsequent day even in case that 24- hour validity of the ticket extends into any of such days. Free-of-charge travelling kids up to 6 years of age (with passenger at the age of 10 years or more) - in the TOWN tariff areas incl. OSTRAVA XXL without any limit of the number of kids - in other tariff zones with 3 kids at maximum ZTP card holders (disabled persons) ZTP/P card holders (disabled persons who need a guide) (including wheel chair) incl. accompanying person or dog passengers over 70 years of age with valid personal ID card (ID card, passport) in the territory of the statutory town Ostrava (tariff zones 1, 2, 3 and 4) members of VTNP (Association of Military Camps for Forced Labor) and PTP (Political Prisoners of Czech Republic) based on the member card valid across Czech Republic members of ČSBS (Czech Association of Freedom Fighters) and ČsOL (Czech Association of Legionaries) based on the member card with photo baby-coach with a kid up to 6 years of age (or more kids up to 6 years of age) respectively sledge with a kid up to 6 years of age luggage up to a size of 30 x 40 x 60 cm, rod-like items up to 150 cm of length and 10 cm diameter, plate shaped items up to a size of 5 x 80 x 100 cm, whereas these sizes cannot be exceeded by any dimension thereof animals in transport boxes with non-leaking bottom up to a size of 30 x 40 x 60 cm one steel vessel with a liquid heating gas up to 2 kg of weight on pair of ski with sticks or snowboard

5 one mourning ring Free-of-charge ODIS transport is valid for all ODIS lines operated by the following forwarders: Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s., TQM-holding s.r.o., Osoblažská dopravní společnost s.r.o., Radovan Maxner and also for all suburban ODIS lines operated by Veolia Transport Morava a.s., ČSAD Karviná a.s. and ČSAD Havířov a.s. Free-of-charge transport in ČD, a.s. trains and municipal mass transport lines of MHD Opava, MHD Havířov, MHD Krnov, MHD Studénka and ČSAD Frýdek-Místek a.s. shall be governed by tariffs and conctractual terms and conditions of relevant forwarders. Sale of long-term zone tickets is assured by: Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s. in ticket sales offices České dráhy, a.s. in cash desks of railway stations (ODIS) Městský dopravní podnik Opava, a.s. in ticket sales offices (only 30-day and 90-day tickets in form of a contactless chip card) Veolia Transport Morava a.s. at drivers of suburban ODIS lines (only 30-day tickets for zones on the route of the relevant line) TQM-holding s.r.o. at drivers of ODIS lines and in the information office (only 30-day and 90-day non-transferable undiscounted tickets, discounted tickets for kids and pupils from the age of 6 years until they reach 15 years of age and for pupils and students from the age of 15 years until they reach 26 years of age and also tickets for passengers over 70 years of age) Osoblažská dopravní společnost s.r.o. at drivers of ODIS lines ČSAD Karviná a.s. in transport offices at the bus station in Orlová and Karviná (only 30-day and 90-day non-transferable tickets and also tickets for passengers over 70 years of age) ČSAD Havířov a.s. in transport office at the bus station in Havířov (only 30-day and 90-day non-transferable tickets and also tickets for passengers over 70 years of age) Ostravský informační servis in Elektra and Svinov branches
