14 Preliminary results Under 2kW: 65 different projects and average of all-in cost for solar PV system is USD 15.8/W 2-100kW: 25 different projects and average of all-in cost for solar PV system is USD 9.1/W 14

15 Conclusion-Key challenges Many of the respondents fill out random sections, not all the sections (only parts of the cost breakdown are included ) Total project cost and the sum of cost breakdown do not match 15

16 Conclusion-Key challenges NDA or confidentiality agreement is required Inconsistent data : Various forms of categorization leads to difficulties in analyzing data 16

17 Conclusion- Ideas to improve Contact on a regular basis Try to create cooperation chances to arouse their interest Include the list of companies who shared their data on the report published Share knowledge which might be useful for the data providers Let them provide their own cost breakdown format save their time/ higher chance to receive data 17
