1 Managing Your Wine Portfolio with Portfolio Manager offers fully-enabled, dynamic management of your wines 24 hours a day with: Real-time valuations based on Fine+Rare s market price Transparent trading margins on any potential sale with clear expected returns (and profit / loss vs. purchase price) The ability to order delivery of your wines in storage or place any of your wines on sale at the click of a button Floor prices (minimum sales values) to safeguard your investment from a drop in prices Automatic uploading of wines bought from Fine+Rare into your portfolio The option to manage wines bought from any other source Downloadable history of sales and of portfolio status in.xls or.pdf format How Does it Work? Click on My Portfolio at the top of the Fine+Rare homepage to sign in or register for an online portfolio manager account. Once logged in, you will see a summary the total number of different wines in your portfolio, how many are currently on sale, how many are currently off sale, and a market valuation.

You will see five other tabs at the top of the screen (click on each to jump to page): My Wines Summary of each wine quantities, market values and critic scores (where applicable) Storage Wines that are currently in storage at Fine+Rare s chamber in Tilbury, including any that are on sale Valuations / Selling Shows all wines in portfolio, current market price and expected trading margin. Also shows floor prices, cost prices and P&L where applicable. Wines can be placed on sale immediately from this tab Taking Delivery Wines held in Fine+Rare storage can be ordered for delivery from this tab History Records of any transactions or activity on your account

3 Guide to Symbols Used In Portfolio To indicate different statuses for wines, Portfolio uses a number of symbols: Wine in storage with Fine+Rare Wine with sent for storage with Fine+Rare, with storage instructions being processed Wine on sale through Fine+Rare Wine put on sale through Fine+Rare, with sale instructions being processed Wine on sale (with price above minimum floor price set) Wine taken off sale due to price falling below set floor Wine not currently kept within Fine+Rare storage either stored elsewhere or delivered to a personal address

4 My Wines This is where you can review and personalise your wine portfolio. Click to add a new wine to portfolio using online form Download list options: Excel and pdf Search filters including by status, tags, region, etc. Market data showing FINE+RARE price history of this wine Current market value of this wine Critic reviews / scores click to open; you can also add your own review Click to open further details on this wine including editable personal tags

5 Storage Track wines that are in storage with Fine+Rare and add new wines to storage. Add a new wine to storage (not already listed) Add a wine to storage (already listed in My Wines ) Filter including: sorting by status, tags, region, etc. Status of wine (see guide to symbols, above) Market value of wine

6 Valuations / Selling This is the hub of Portfolio Manager track the values of your wines and potential profits from resale. Add wines to put on sale (up to quantity available) to proceed click next Current market values and trading margins for resale Increase / decrease in market value against cost price Status of wine (see guide to symbols, above) Original cost of wine (if available) can be added on My Wines tab if required Floors if set can be edited by clicking on underlined number or Floors headline

7 Taking Delivery Order wines that are in storage with Fine+Rare to be delivered. If you select this option, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange details and explain costs of delivery. Original cost of wine (if available) can be added on My Wines tab if required Market value of wine Add wines for delivery (up to quantity available) type in amount and click next to proceed Status of wine (see guide to symbols, above)
