On Northeast Greenland voyages: Transfer and baggage handling between ship in Akureyri and hotels in Reykjavik and v.v. by coach (6 hours). On Rembrandt voyages: Transfers and baggage handling between airport and ship in Greenland harbours on the chartered group flights. CHILDREN SINGLE TRAVELLER FUEL SURCHARGE Children under 16 with parents receive 40 % discount in Superior, Triple (sharing with 2 parents / adults) and Quadruple Cabin(sharing with 3 parents / adults). Single travelers can chose between "single occupancy" at a supplement of 1,7 x the or Superior cabin rate, or "sharing basis" in, Triple or Quadruple category at no additional cost. It is agreed that if fuel prices will exceed US Dollar 120 per Barrel Brent 90 days prior to departure Oceanwide Expeditions reserves the right to levy a fuel surcharge of US Dollar 25 per passenger per night, to be paid by the contracting party of Oceanwide Expeditions. Any airfare, whether on scheduled or charter flights; pre and post land arrangements; transfers to / from the vessel outside Spitsbergen; passport and visa expenses; Government arrival and departure taxes; meals ashore; baggage, cancellation and personal insurance (which is mandatory); excess baggage charges and all items of a personal nature such as NOT INCLUDED laundry, bar, beverage charges and telecommunication charges; and the customary gratuity at the end of the voyages for stewards and other service personnel aboard (guidelines will be provided). All rates are quoted per person in USD, based on twin occupancy. USD rates apply for all sales outside Europe. 5% Discount will be granted for bookings for one or more consecutive voyages.
