Welcome to Integrity Cheer Corporation.the area s MOST competitive All Star Cheer & Dance facility offering All Star teams Level 1 5 and gymnastic classes for all ages & levels! Let our highly qualified staff bring your child to the next level! Integrity Cheer prides itself on encouraging each athlete to work hard, set goals, and make DREAMS A REALITY! Our rates are unbeatable, Our determination is unstoppable!! OUR MISSION To promote the spiritual, physical, & psychological growth of youth through cheerleading. OUR VALUES * * * * Integrity at all costs! Relentless Pursuit of Perfection! Win Generously, Lose Graciously! Constantly Develop Character!

Renowned Instructors in the cheer industry will be present! Demonstrate skills, learn skills, and be exposed to new skills and set new goals. Integrity Cheer is excited to do away with the conventional cheerleading try-out process. We believe that evaluating a cheerleader for 1 day (30 minutes) and placing them on a team for an entire season does a great disservice to both the cheerleader and the program. We don t feel that we can fairly and effectively evaluate children over 1 day instead we have opted to host a 2-week Cheerleader Boot Camp for the following reasons: 1. Assess Baseline Skills: See where our potential athletes are at now, meet them there, and with safe, steady progression, help them meet & maintain their goals. More importantly, we are able to see their rate of progression which is essential for proper placement. 2. We hope to take the pressure off the now or never format push that may be premature for the athlete and cause future setback or potential injury. 3. We would like to offer the opportunity for our athletes to attain a comfort level and/or master skills that may still be in the developing process. 4. We want to assess the cheerleader s work ethic, level of commitment, & ability to work as a team. 5. We want to be sure each potential cheerleader has the family support necessary to maintain such a commitment. Positive parent involvement is crucial to the success of a cheerleader. Cheerleaders that are misplaced suffer from many factors that can negatively impact their season and potentially deplete their progression both physically & socially. Integrity Cheer is committed to using a functional evaluation tool to ensure the best placement possible for each cheerleader. We also pledge to continue to use the same assessment skills throughout the season to be sure that the placement still fits the cheerleader. Our Cheer Director has over 20 yrs. of experience with coaching at town, high school, & All Star levels. She has won numerous awards and championships. She loves working with, motivating, & encouraging children to tap into their inner strengths to reach their full potential. Supported by a strong staff and excellent coaches, Integrity Cheer offers your child an opportunity to excel and grow as an athlete and a person!

What is an All Star team? All Star Cheer & Dance teams are becoming increasingly popular throughout the United States in all sports of choice (i.e., cheerleading, soccer, hockey). Team members come together from different cities and towns and train together. At IC, we recognize the benefits of both competitive and recreational all star teams and offer teams for all skill levels age 4 18 years of age. Our competitive all star teams focus on performance and competition and do not cheer at sporting events. Our non-competitive teams are provided the same quality training for personal improvement and development of team values; however, with less financial commitment and time required. What programs are offered at IC? Competitive & recreational All Star Cheer & Dance teams. Birthday Parties Custom Classes & Choreography for youth recreation, Jr. High & High School cheerleaders. Gym rentals Technique & Specialty classes for all skill levels and ages Monday through Saturday. Themed summer camp programs. Mini camps & full day cheer and dance camps. Technical skills workshops Coaches workshops Private & Semi-Private instruction for stretching, conditioning, tumbling, jumps, stunts, cheerleading, dance, & routine review.

What type of commitment is expected of an IC member? Team members are expected to attend all practice sessions, exhibitions, and competitions. If team members are going to be out, arrive late, or leave early, team members are expected to notify the gym as far in advance as possible. An absence form must be turned in to the front desk. (Vacations, medical/dental appointments, school/church functions). Practices are scheduled strategically throughout the week to promote optimal work sessions with rest time in between. During the summer (June, July, August), all competitive cheer teams practice one to three times per week, depending on the level. During the school year, Levels 1, 2, & 3 teams will practice two times per week. Levels 4 & 5 teams practice three times per week; two times during the week and once on the weekend. All team members are required to take tumble and technique classes assigned by their coach. What kind of travel & travel expenses are expected? Our teams travel to National competitions; no team takes more than 2 trips per season requiring flights. The competition schedule for our upcoming season is planned in advance and given to each family at our annual parent meeting prior to placements. Our trips are planned well in advance which allows parents to have the opportunity to shop around for the best rates on airfare and hotel accommodations. Our fundraising program allows our athletes several options to help offset the cost of travel. What if I can t travel with my child? Parents are not required to travel with their children to competitions. If a child is attending a tournament without a parent/guardian, then another parent of a team member can assume responsibility for that child. For safety purposes, we do not allow team members to take flights or stay in hotel rooms unless accompanied by an adult. Team members are not required to fly together or stay in the same hotel unless required by the tournament company. Can my child still cheer for their school or a youth football league while cheering at IC? IC can provide you with a complete practice schedule for our season to allow you to coordinate your schedule with your other coach. IC recognizes the value of these extracurricular activities and wants to work with you to make it happen. What is IC fundraising program? Fundraising is a great way to subsidize your All Star expenses at Integrity Cheer Corp. We offer a variety of optional fundraisers to participate in each month. Each participant is rewarded for their own fundraising efforts and receives a direct credit into their account at IC.

What experience is required to make it on to a team at IC? Integrity Cheer will evaluate you and place you on a team based on age & skill level following a 2-week skills clinic. No prior experience is required in dance, cheerleading, or gymnastics. Everyone who attends tryouts makes a team. If you are unable to attend the clinic, private evaluations will be offered at IC. What is a cross-over? A cross-over refers to an individual who is a member of more than one team. Cross-over individuals are charged only one tuition fee per month, but are responsible for all other costs, i.e., tournament fees, uniform accessories, practice wear, choreography. Cross-over team members must be ready, willing, & able to commit to all requirements of each team they are on. It is not a requirement to cross-over to another team. What is your coaching philosophy? Integrity Cheer Corp. employs only the most highly qualified coaches. Our coaches are professional, certified, and credentialed through USASF, ACCAA, and have years of experience. IC encourages team work!! We strive for 110% effort and a commitment to EXCELLENCE! Through quality instruction, we empower young athletes to be self-motivated to Be the Best You Can Be! Our athletes are not only successful in the sport of their choice, but also in many aspects of their daily lives. One can expect to see much more self-confidence, self-esteem, self-motivation, goal orientation, and better time management skills from our athletes. Practices include instruction in all of the fundamental skills of cheerleading/dance, tumbling, stunts, motion technique, and jumps. Are parents able to watch practices? Open TV viewing is available at Integrity Cheer, so sit back and enjoy the progress of our athletes from closed circuit television available in the lobby. Open viewing is offered to parents during all youth classes for children ages 3 6 years old. While visiting during Open Viewing, you can expect to see any number of activities occurring in the gym. There is always something going on, whether it be private instruction, clinics, birthday parties, team practices, or technique classes. Open Viewing is offered one week per month during the last ½ hour of each class and team practices. Parents, friends, & fans of IC are invited to join us in the gym to observe our athletes.

What does my tuition fee include? Integrity Cheer Corp. s monthly tuition for All Star Cheer & Dance teams includes: 1-month instruction Tumbling instruction incorporated into every cheer practice. Unlimited Technique Classes are available FREE for team members. Discount for Private & Semi-Private lessons. Discount for siblings. Open tumble time. Expert coaching & leadership. What is Integrity Cheer s summer practice schedule? IC recognizes the importance of family activities & summer vacations. We will close on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday during June, July, & August so that all may enjoy weekends during these summer months. We will be closed the week of July 4 8, We ask that each family provides us with their vacation times & practices that will be missed in advance. Summer practices are geared towards strength training, conditioning, individual skill building, & flexibility in preparing our athletes for competition. The focus of summer practice is individual skill development, whereas fall practice focuses on routine development and choreography. It is the expectation that team members attend 1 2 Technique Classes in addition to their summer team practices. Routine choreography has been scheduled and Youth, Junior, and Senior teams are expected to attend. Team members can expect one team practice per week in summer and two tumble classes and one condition/stretch session.
