4 There are moments you don t want to miss. Record them. Whether your organization needs to record every call for legal reasons (emergency services, telephone orders, etc.), or you want to give your employees the option of recording important calls, or to be able to play back a new sales person or operator s call for training purposes, is the solution for you. Flexible enough to adapt to any scenario, reliable and secure as required for your calls, easy to use and available to every one of your employees. ApplicationSuite 3

5 Easy, convenient and confidential. REC If you need to record every call you receive on a specific line or extension, even if forwarded to your cell phone, you don t need to do a thing. It s all automatic. However, if you want to be able to decide which calls to record, it s as easy as pressing a button on your phone, or an icon in the new Gadget for Jabber (available Summer 2015). Your calls will be encrypted and only you will be able to play them back (in addition to the supervisor and administrator, if authorized). Even outside the office. also lets you record conversations when you re not at your desk. With free seating mode, you can record a conversation by activating a conference from a different location, entering your PIN. If you need to record company calls intended for colleagues who answer from their cell phone or a phone not on the network, such as for an on-call service, you can do it automatically in Network- Based Recording mode. 6 Play back whenever you want. offers you a free, simple client application that, once you ve entered your credentials, lets you search and play back your calls saved and encrypted on the server, at any time. If you need to play back the latest recording, you can also do it directly from your phone. Save and archive. To make searches fast and easy, all recorded phone calls are saved and indexed locally on the server, using the Microsoft SQL Server database in the ApplicationSuite. You can organize your list by date, tenant-group, agent, extension, etc., and search for any field. Every call is encrypted and password protected, so that only authorized people can play them back using the Search&Play application. If you want, you can also automatically export them (unencrypted) to an external NSA. Every minute of recording requires about 300 KB. You will only need a 500 GB disk to save up to 300,000 calls of 5 minutes each, or about a year s worth of recordings for 20 agents. This call will be recorded.... offers you a variety of options to inform callers that their call is about to be recorded, depending on the recording method chosen. For On Demand service, based on a telephone conference, the system can automatically play personalized messages. In the other modes, the system can automatically send a standard tone at the beginning (and during) recording, and can also add an automatic personalized message at the beginning of each incoming call, using announcements from Queue Manager Enteprise.
