1 How to Join 1 Complete the membership application Becoming a Frog member is easy. Here are the simple steps to joining: There should be a membership application included in this package. If there is not, or you need an additional application, you can download one at or you can join online. 2 Send application and entry fee to the club You can mail your application and one time entry fee payment to the Club. The entry fee can be paid by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to The Frog Golf Club. To pay by credit card, join online or check the box on the bottom of the application that says I would like to charge the entry fee to the above credit card. 3 Get ready to enjoy the club Once we receive your application and entry fee, we will immediately process your membership and send you a new member packet. This will allow you to begin enjoying all the club benefits right away. 4 Member Accounts All charges billed to a member s account are due and payable by the end of the following month. Any balance not paid in full will be subject to a late fee. When a member s account is outstanding for 60 days, their club privileges will be placed on hold until the account is brought current. When a member s account is outstanding for 90 days, the membership is suspended. Once that balance has been brought current, the member will be responsible for any unbilled back dues or a reinstatement fee whichever applies, should they wish to remain a member. 5 General Applications for membership will be reviewed by club management. No membership shall become effective until accepted by the Club and all applicable fees and charges have been paid. We hope you have decided to become part of the The Frog family. Receiving four and a half stars from Golf Digest, The Frog is a masterpiece complete with bentgrass greens, expansive bunkering, and has attained status as an Audobon Cooperative Sanctuary. The Frog Membership is a Full Golf membership and provides the use of golf and clubhouse facilities at The Frog with no green fees required when playing. Additionally, Frog members have access to 21 Canongate Golf Clubs, only paying a member green and cart fee when playing golf at other Canongate Clubs. This membership includes the primary member s spouse and children 24 years of age and younger who reside at the same residence. Golf Privileges at 21 Other Canongate Locations including nearby Chapel Hills and Mirror Lake! All Frog members have seven day a week access at other Canongate clubs including some of the area s best such as Chapel Hills and Mirror Lake! Reciprocal golf is provided at an incredible value. Weekday tee times may be made at other Canongate Clubs up to seven days in advance, with weekend tee times available for booking at clubs other than The Frog on the preceding Thursday. A list of other Canongate clubs can be found at Green and cart fee rates exclude sales tax and may be different at other Canongate clubs. All club information is subject to change as needed. Annual Driving Range Program The Annual Driving Range program gives you unlimited range balls at The Frog and all 21 Canongate Clubs. All members are automatically enrolled in this program which is $180 per year, $52.50 per quarter or $18 per month (excluding sales tax). Tee Times at The Frog Frog members have advance access to weekend tee time reservations. Members may begin reserving weekend tee times 30 days in advance.

3 Additional Member Benefits A Frog Golf membership includes much more than just access to The Frog. Members can enjoy the below golf and social benefits at all area Canongate locations. Kids Play Free at Canongate Courses Children 15 years and younger walk the course for free or ride a cart for just $5 when playing with their member parent or grandparent. This is valid anytime except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before 1:00 pm. Canongate sundown special rates Associate members can play at 5:30 pm or after for just $9 including cart. Full members can ride for $5. The Sundown guest rate is just $18 including cart. The start time for twilight and sundown rates will adjust seasonally. The Canongate concept provides private club privileges for a modest entry fee and low monthly dues. Canongate is also known for its unique reciprocity privilege that allows members to play all the courses in the portfolio, conveniently located near each other.
