UAH is not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. Website Maintenance Plan: After the launch of the site, all additional work will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate. Site Content: Please provide all page titles and site content prior to site design. This will help us design the site specific to your needs from the start and will streamline the design process. All content will be uploaded by you to our shared dropbox folder for use in the mockup design. You are responsible for providing all images in proper format, size and quality for your website design. Any delays to the submission of this information will cause your project to be delayed and, in some cases, may result in additional charges. Site Photography: All site photography should be completed and uploaded by the client to our shared dropbox before site design begins. We recommend working with a professional photographer for your website imagery or purchasing high quality stock photography. Beautiful images make a beautiful site!

DESIGN: $100 + FULL PAGE AD OR FLYER DESIGN (1-SIDED): $495 + MEDIA KITS, BOOKLET DESIGN: $750+ If your project doesn t fit into any of the options above, please contact us for a custom quote. All items above include two sets of revisions. Print ready files (when applicable) are prepared for final delivery for client to print at the printer of their choice or ask us for print recommendations. Any additional revisions will be billed at my hourly rate of $120/hr. $150 rush fee applied to work requests due within 48 hours notice. Minimum change time to any design work is.25hrs. All pricing and project details listed in this price sheet are subject to change. Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed separately at our hourly rate of $120/hr. Please note that I ask all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as completed questionnaires, images, etc. Any delays from the client may result in project push backs and additional charges. We accept payments via credit card or check. Payment for packages and projects are split into two parts, half being paid prior to project start and the final half is paid before any final files are delivered to client. Unique Art Hawaii Inc. has the right to display and market all work completed as a result of this agreement.
