1 Description Brookfield Incorporações Brookfield is one of the largest real estate developers in Brazil with operations in 8 of major Brazilian Metropolitan areas among which are São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, the Federal Capital Portfolio diversification: 80% of launched Potential Sales Value (PSV) is residential and 20% commercial focusing consumers from all income segments The affordable houses segment accounts for up to 20% of total portfolio (PSV) and over 60% of 2011 launched units Drivers Housing deficit in Brazil: estimated 7 million units in 2010 Federal Government Program Minha Casa, Minha Vida - PMCMV aims to build 3 million new homes between 2009 and 2014 BoP customers are able to afford a home through the Government subsidy MCMV Results to Date Brookfield has delivered 9,343 affordable housing units to low-income customers by the end of 2011 Average annual revenue growth of 75% in affordable housing projects Up running projects PSV USD$ 600 million ; Average Net Margin = 17% ; Average IRR = 117% 1
