We would be delighted to share this experience with you and look forward to working closely with you, to ensure that your event will be most memorable. Atlantic Room Venue Hire: R8 000 Sunset Terrace Venue Hire: R5 000 Incl. White linen napkins, Floor length white table cloths, standard cutlery & crockery, secure parking & availability of the venue Morning- 08:00-16:00 Evening- 17:00-00:00 Additional Charges: Waitrons are charged at R65 per waitron per hour- a full shift is applicable. 5 TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings are only confirmed when deposit received. Deposit equals the venue hire fee. A 10% Service Fee is charged on the final food bill. Right of admission reserved by Management at all times. No Drinks or alcohol will be allowed into the premises. Waiters are charged at R65 per waiter per hour and 1 waiter per 10 guests will be required. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss/damage to personal property. All losses or damages caused shall be the responsibility of the booking person (client). The booking person (client) remains liable to pay the full amount of damages caused, which must be paid within seven days after the function. Bookings which are cancelled less than eight (8) weeks before the function date will entail the forfeiture of deposit. Full payment must be made 1 week prior to function. Selections of menus are available to suit a function of any time of the day and special meals e.g. Halaal, Ve getarian and Kosher are catered for on request and incur a surcharge. Guests are not permitted to supply any catering with the exception of birthday cakes. Please advise the Functions Coordinator should you require any assistance in organizing a cake or if you are bringing your own. The Atlantic Beach Golf Cub dress code (smart casual as a minimum) is to be adhered to for all functions, unless fancy dress is confirmed with management at the time of booking. The management of Atlantic Beach Golf Club reserves the right to remove patrons attending functions from the premises for unruly behaviour/ dress regulations and/or showing signs of intoxication as determined at management s discretion A final guest list, agenda, venue setup and meal selection needs to be submitted strictly one week prior to the function and amendments thereafter will not be possible. Please be aware that you will be charged for the final numbers set and advised by you 1 week prior to your function It is important to note that there will be multiple functions taking place within Atlantic Beach Golf Club on this day and wh ilst exclusivity of your venue is granted there will be pedestrian traffic and sound past your venue. OVERTIME: All day functions are to terminate no later than 17h00 and evening functions no later than 00h00 respectively. An additional charge of R3000 per hour will be payable thereafter and should be prearranged with the function coordinator. It is important to note that, should you anticipate your group to remain in the venue after the standard closing times of the club as stipulated in the booking form, the manager on duty must be informed by 12h00(day function) and 17h00 (evening function) in order to postpone the pre-booked staff transport. An overtime charge will automatically apply to your master (ex.vat) per hour thereafter. Out of respect to the Residents on the adjoining Estate, music as well as bar services is to terminate midnight with last rou nds half an hour prior.
