3 INTRODUCTION TO ON-LINE PLAYER AVAILABILITY APPLICATION ESPZEN is a leading football league management service provider; to further increase the team manager experience of participating in an ESPZEN tournament we are proud to announce a major milestone: On Line Player Availability Application. 1) The Player Availability Application has been designed and created to remove the headache each week for ESPZEN managers to contact their players and check on their availability. 2) Via this unique tool which has been designed with TEAM MANAGERS in mind, a team manager can assign a password to each of his players and in turn the players can login to the ESPZEN website via a secure access to highlight their availability for all the forthcoming LEAGUE GAMES 1. 3) The team manager can then zoom in on any match to see what his players availability is. 4) The tool also encompasses an automated reminder function. A superb tool for busy team managers or teams with a large squad that wish to use the latest technology to enhance their team management process. ESPZEN TEAM MANAGERS 1) Team Managers Please advice Team Players their User ID and Passwords. Team Managers may assign Team Player s passwords in the Team Manager Admin Page. 2) Team Managers has to assign Team Players passwords only. Login-ID is automatically assigned for each player from their First Name when the players register. Team Players change their password in the ON-LINE Player Availability Application. 3) Team Manager is allowed to change the Team Player s password only. Only ESPZEN ADMIN can change the Team Players Login-IDs. 1 Please note that CUP Matches and Friendly matches are not included in the scope - 3 -

5 TEAM MANAGER LOG-IN (TEAM USER NAME & PASSWORD) 1. Enter Team User Name and Password. Eg: Player User ID: yyyy Password: xxxx Note: Player User ID is equal to Team ID - 5 -

7 ASSIGN PASSWORD FOR TEAM PLAYERS 1. Click the Add/Edit Players hyperlink. 2. The following page will be displayed. Click to assign a password for each player. 3. The following page will pop up. Login ID is automatically assigned to each player when he registers. Eg: test_johara, where test is the TeamID and Johara is the Player s First Name

8 4. Assign a password in the Password textbox and click the Save button. Note: Team Managers Please assign a password for each player like the above mentioned method. Please assign a password by the players first name. Eg- If the player s name is Jack Paul, then assign a password as Jack. Inform your Team Players theirs Login IDs and their passwords. Team Player can change his password in the ON-LINE Player Availability Application

9 PLAYER AVAILABILITY STATUS 1. Click the Availability hyperlink to check the Players Availability Status for all the upcoming matches. 2. The following page will be displayed: All future matches to be played matches only - (Excludes Friendly & Cup Matches) for the whole season are displayed in the table, including the date, day, time, venue and the opponent team. Venue, Opponent columns are hyperlinked. Click to find out more about the pitch and the opponent teams. Available column shows the number of players whom are available for a specific match. Not Available column shows the number of players whom are not available for a specific match. No Update column shows the number of players whom have not updated their availability status for a specific match. Click View under the Status column to view the Players Availability Report for a specific match. Player s Availability Report gives an in-depth description of the Availability Status

10 PLAYER AVAILABILITY REPORT 1. Click the View under the Status column to view Players Availability Report for a specific match. 2. The following page will be displayed: Note: The page shows in-depth details of the Player s Availability Status Ex-players are not included

11 3. Players, whom have indicated their Player Availability Status as Available will be shown under the *** AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION *** header. 4. Players, whom have indicated their Player Availability Status as Not Available will be shown under the *** NOT AVAILABLE *** header

12 SEND REMINDER 1. Players, whom have not updated their Player Availability Status, will be shown under the ** NO UPDATE OF AVAILIBLITY STATUS ** header. 2. Click button located at the top left hand corner of each player s profile to send a reminder to the player individually. 3. Click button at the bottom of the NO UPDATE OF AVAILIBLITY STATUS page to send reminder to all the players whom have not updated their Availability Status. 4. The NO UPDATE OF AVAILIBLITY STATUS page will refresh when the has been sent
