2 How to find the job? In our Job portal Here you can choose different criteria to search for open job positions First, please make sure you choose the country in which you wish to search for a job Select the language English UK for Jobs in the Middle East region 2

3 You have the choice Click on the Job Title to see a job post or click on Select and then Apply to submit your application directly 3

5 Before your online application: Register Here you can choose between two options If you have already registered, please sign in with your address and password à Go to slide number 12 and follow the steps If you are not already registered, please create an account now 5

6 Create an account: That s how it works To create an account please fill in the form. The fields marked with a red star are mandatory Please choose your preferred profile visibility setting Click on Read the data privacy statement and then on the bottom of the new window on I Agree 6

7 Create an account: That s how it works Your account needs to be verified. An will be sent to the address given on the registration form 7

8 Create an account: That s how it works Please click on the link in the to verify your account 8

9 Now you can apply After your account has been verified, you can search for the job you want to apply for. For example by the Requisition Number 9

10 Apply Online Now click on Apply 10

12 Apply Online: Please fill in Now fill in the application form The fields with a red star are mandatory 12

13 Apply Online: Upload documents The following file types are supported: doc, docx, txt, pdf, html Please upload both, your Cover Letter and Resume, as we need this for the correct processing of your application To complete your application, click on Apply. If you click on Cancel all the data you have insert will be lost. It is not possible to save a partial application 13

14 Apply Online: Application sent After completing your application, you can still complete your profile. This profile is very important, especially if you decided to enable all recruiters to view it. It is NOT possible to edit a completed application this way 14

15 Manage your application If you go to the tab My Profile you can change and add information to your application or delete your profile. Changes made in this tool will not apply to any applications already submitted 15

16 Manage your application On the tab Job Management you can see an overview of your submitted applications Here you have the option to withdraw your application 16

17 Create Job Alerts A useful feature is the Job Alerts tab. Here you can create your profile and we will contact you as soon as there are new positions online which fit your preferences Please click on Create New Job Alert 17

18 Create Job Alerts Define the criteria you wish and select Save 18

19 Create Job Alerts The job alert has been successfully submitted You have the opportunity to submit up to ten job alerts Six months after submitting or updating your job alert, the post will expire 19

20 Manage your application: Password Management Here you have the opportunity to edit, delete or make your job alert inactive 20

21 Manage your application: Password Management On the tab Password Management you can change your password 21

22 Manage your application: Forgot your password? If you have forgotten your password, Click on Forgot your password? 22

23 Manage your application: Forgot your password? Please insert your saved address and click on Submit 23

24 Manage your application: Forgot your password? An will be sent to the address provided. Please check the for instructions 24

25 Manage your application: Forgot your password? Please click on the link in the 25

26 Manage your application: Forgot your password? Now insert your new password and retype it. Afterwards click on Submit 26
