1 Welcome to the International Nubret Fitness Expo- GBO/WABBA International Bodybuilding, Classic Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, Men and Woman's Beach Body Championships Entry to compete: All competitors can enter online by going to our website Entry for this show is $85.00 for first division/class price and $55.00 per division thereafter for crossovers. You may also register for this show on February 26, 2015 during the weigh in meetings. If you choose to do this, we ask that you get to the venue before the weigh in meetings start. Manual entry forms are found at: International-Nubret.html You can fill the entry forms out and mail with your payment to the address listed. Weigh In Meeting: The weigh in meeting is an actual meeting and not a rolling check in. You will be required to be at the meeting on February 26, 2016 at 7:30pm. Once the meeting has concluded, each competitor will either weigh in or go through a height check with the individual judge assigned to this task. Your suits will be mandated to be at the weigh in meeting and you may be asked to put on the suit. It is preferable that you wear your suit under your clothing for the judges to check. Competitors who are doing bodybuilding, classic bodybuilding and couples will be required to fill out the props pre-requisite form on InternationalNubret.html and to bandlevents@yahoo.com. Remember if you choose to use props, they are for your final routine. Please Note that due to the GBO rules and regulations, we have added a Box Walk for the following Divisions: Men and Woman's Beach Bodies, Figure, Fitness The instructions on the Box Walk will be part of your mandated meeting instructions on February 26, This gives you as the athlete more time on stage. Always have a backup plan for an additional suit especially if your suit does not meet the GBO requirements. Overseas Athletes: If you are unable to attend due to flight schedules, please contact your President or Delegate. We will have an additional check in and meeting on February 27, 2016 at 7:00am Athlete Membership Cards: All USA Athletes will be required to purchase a GBO card. The price for the card is $85 This can also be done online by going to: This is a mandatory form that needs to be filled out and signed by the athlete. Your card registration form is good for a time frame of From the Time of Purchase and not for a Calendar Year. For example if you buy your card on February 26, 2016 your card is good until

2 February 26, Your card is for an athlete to choose any GBO show within the US or any WABBA International shows to compete in. Note: USA athletes must have your State Directors approval to compete overseas for WABBA International shows. The membership is giving you the right to compete under the Global Bodybuilding Organization name. You are assuming all responsibility as noted in your athlete card registration, once you have purchased the right to compete in a Global Bodybuilding Organization event. Note: The GBO card does not apply to WABBA International athletes************* Backstage rules and passes for the International Nubret Fitness Expo: We will be selling backstage passes for the International Nubret Fitness Expo. We are limited in backstage spacing and we will also have a media company backstage filming this event (stay tuned for details). The only individuals permitted backstage are Promoters, volunteer staff, judging staff, expediters, athletes, media with credentials, authorized tanning and makeup artists, venue staffing and anyone who had purchased a backstage pass and GBO card. All unauthorized individuals found backstage will be asked to leave. Note: All underage Athletes must be accompanied by a Legal Guardian. We will ask for ID and to look at your entry form. Note: Please have appropriate garments on while backstage (example: robe, contest regulated suits etc) we will have a film company and other individuals backstage and ask that you are dressed appropriately. Schedule of Competition Order: Pre-Judging will begin on Saturday February 27, 2016 at 9:00am Finals with posing routines and awards will be begin at 6:00pm Please note that once Pre-Judging has concluded, athletes are free to go back to their hotel or stay and enjoy the Expo etc until the final show at 6:00pm. Note: All athletes will be required to show up at 5:00pm prior to finals to assure we begin on time. Awards: We will award trophies as follows: For Standard and Classic Bodybuilding, Couples, and Swag Top 3 For Figure, Fitness and Men and Woman's Beach Body Top 5 Meeting Prior to the Pre-Judging on February 27, 2016: This will be a meeting also mandated by the judging staff for all GBO and WABBA athletes to attend. The meeting will be at the venue at promptly 7:00am. This meeting will be another athlete check in, receiving buttons, and any additional information needed prior to start time. Your schedules are actually released and online prior to this meeting so all athletes understand where they are scheduled to compete during the Pre-Judging Phase and the Finals Stage. House (Venue/Hotel) Rules: Some house rules for the hotel and convention center. Please be courteous of the tanning solution and do not damage anything in your hotel room or designated area at the convention center. Suggestion for hotel rooms, you may want to purchase cheap sheets and bring with you to each show. As a GBO athlete you represent our shows. You will personally be liable for any damage due to negligence at the hotel or venue. 5 While we do our best to adhere to the schedule, there are impromptus that may happen during the final show. Please have your family, coaches, trainer, friends etc. be made aware of this. We again are Athlete First, Family Friendly and are about not only the contest itself but the entertainment value of the event. Attention all competitors: There are critique sheets filled out for each competitor. Please note you can only talk to a judge after the conclusion of the Final Show. Please make note that we are Athletes First however if a coach or trainer s us after the fact, we will ask for your name and will be in touch with you directly. As a competitor it is up to you to make note of our rules and regulations. We have listed this for your convenience on under rules or under the GBO Pro Qualifier - Standard Bodybuilding, Classic Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness and Men and Woman's Beach Bodies Page. The following rule will apply as a Pro Qualifier: ***Note: There must be 5 or more in a weight or height class on all OPEN classes to be awarded a Pro Card for 1st place. If there is not 5 in a class, the first place winners will have an opportunity to earn their professional status with the Overall Round. The same rule will apply during the overall round of 5 or more in the pose down round. If there are 5 or more in the Overall/Pose Down Round, the 1st and 2nd will be awarded the Pro Status. This applies to Open and Masters Categories only If you win a Pro Status, you will have up to 12 months to purchase your Pro Card.
