Coordinated site visits to pilot institutions around the country to understand the collegiate environment by interviewing students, administrators, and faculty. Collaborated with team members to conceptualize, design, and author grant proposals. Organized the inaugural Diversity Research Institute which is now offered annually through the Higher Education Research Institute.
