2 The Concept I offer career & life cycle advice including preparation as well as coaching during the application process. The concept consists of 2 modules. Module 1 makes you fit for the application process. To know one s talents and potentials, one s strengths and weaknesses as well as one s professional (and private) needs is a basic precondition for a successful application process. The application process starts with a personal assessment. In other words: the one who doesn t know himself and his needs will neither find the goal nor the path. Module 2 consists of all important elements of a successful application. From the understanding of the recruitment process and the role/motivation of the involved actors to the design of a competency profile and successful contractual negotiations. 2 The contents of the modules can be used independently of each other during the coaching process. Depending on the clients need. My coaching approach is tailor made for the clients need. The personal dialog has methodically priority. On behalf of the client, tests and assessments can be arranged. The coaching concept is designed for different target groups, different employment types and different functions. If required, I assist the client through all phases of the application/recruitment process. The client will receive my guidebook Job in Sicht! free of charge. The guidebook is related to practice with a checklist after each chapter. The guide book deepens the modules/content of the coaching.

Planning of measures - fit for the application - To know and to solve personal blockades (in private and professional environment) - To define training measures - To define possible coaching measures - Definition of quick-wins (immediately actionable goals) 1.5. Planning of success monitoring - What, how, by what means, (till)when

My coaching is based on a sound track record as head HR with line management responsibilities, as coach, as assessor as well as training manager. Since 2010, I run my own recruitment placement company in Zurich. I m mainly active in the service financial industry (but not only). My coaching approach is practice-oriented and tailor made.
