Expand parking area to create 25 additional spaces with 2 van accessible ADA compliant handicapped stalls with asphalt surface and turn around area to ensure access for disabled persons. Relocate split rail fence to separate expanded parking area from new picnic pavilion area. Picnic pavilion is located next to the house so it can utilize the existing ADA ramp. Potential disc golf areas are shown. A 2 car gravel parking area is provided at the intersection of the driveway and existing trails

5 Smith DRAFT Master Plan Major improvements are located in open field area to preserve more of the wooded areas on the site. Install gravel parking lot: 14 stalls total, 1 van accessible ADA compliant handicapped stall with asphalt surface and turn around area to ensure access for disabled persons. A new pavilion and restrooms are combined into one structure in back of open field area. A playground is provided between the parking lot and pavilion Fishing access is provided. One ADA fishing access area is provided close to the proposed parking area. A loop hiking trail system is established with some routes reusing the existing gravel driveway surface. Locations are shown for bar b q grills and a fire pit.

Extend sidewalk from E. Philadelphia Ave. along re aligned entrance driveway to encourage safe pedestrian access to park land. Extend concrete walkway in front of parking area at rear entrance to Municipal Building to improve safe pedestrian access to building entrance. Re surface and re stripe municipal parking lot to improve functionality of parking spaces and traffic circulation. Create bio retention/rain garden area at rear of parking lot to control stormwater runoff.
