6 Plan Ahead Veterinary Health papers All horses must have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection dated within 30 days of the last day of competition and listing the name and address of the event. A negative Coggins test within 12 months is required for a CVI. The name on the Coggins must match the name of the entered horse.

9 All participants are cross-entered in Catalpa Corner Charity Horse Trials DUAL ENTRY PROCESS Enter Catalpa HT directly on June 21 st Opening Date (PAPER ENTRIES ONLY) Must send entry to hold your place in competition Entry feeds refunded to competitors not meeting USPC Championship qualification requirements by July 18 th RS submits team entries through USPC Championships Entry System Beginner Novice and Novice USEA membership and fees, as well as non-membership fees, have been waived for USPC Championships

Arrive rally ready labeled, organized and ready to go Stabled on grass bring a rake, not a broom Portable stalls Can t hang heavy things Don t tie to stalls Things hung may be accessible to neighbor horses Things hung at the front may get wet Pack smart! Minimize what you bring Minimize what stays in the tack room Avoid duplicates talk to your teammates ahead of time

29 Move-in: How To Space is tight and the area will be very congested! Cars/trailers will be directed to hanger doors. All equipment must be quickly unloaded and vehicles moved immediately. Unload, THEN move equipment to your stall.

31 Stabling 10x10 permanent stalls with rubber mats on concrete. Stalls have wooden lower walls and open metal bar tops with sliding doors Temporary hanging devices ONLY - *No nails, screws or anything else may be used in the wooden portions of the stalls*

32 Stabling Shavings: 2 bags included in entry. All additional bedding must be purchased from USPC Show Secretary at $8.50 per bag including delivery to stalls NO outside shavings permitted All stalls must be stripped upon departure Tack & Feed rooms In stalls
