Outsourcing of operations and personnel. Contract definition and negotiation lead with social housing services, municipalities and sourcing services provider. Planning and implementation of the transition and transformation program encompassed: Drafting new social plan for employees and leading negotiations with the unions. Structuring new organization including all new job descriptions and classifications. Coaching staff for their new roles in the new organization. The move to a new location and implement new management structure. Major challenges were: Initially getting all involved parties aligned for the transition and then subsequently keeping them aligned throughout the transformation process. We developed the outsourcing of services scenario in close collaboration with the stakeholders (housing corporations and municipalities). The preferred business strategy was to transform Woonservice from a housing serviceprovider into an orchestrator of the services delivered by the various stakeholders. I developed the organizational transformation plan for the chosen strategy and implemented the plan subsequently Aebi Schmidt Nederland/België, Holten (Manufacturer of specialized vehicles) Transformation manager: Developed an improvement plan for the Dutch and Belgian organization and implementing the plan. The focus was on improved professionalism in areas such as procurement, operational efficiency, collaboration and IT services.
