They are designed for the 2 following main load cases: 1. To ensure APC shell integrity 2. 36 Equipment Hatch Equipment Hatch Cover lifting week 35, 2009 In August, on week 35, 2009, the 40 tons Equipment Hatch Cover was lifted and positioned within the Reactor Building. The Hatch Cover ensures the Equipment hatch s confinement and along with the liner s within the Reactor Building. Installation works under progress within the Equipment Hatch.
