29 AREVA at a glance The US-EPR Status of ongoing projects and perspectives Conclusion 29
30 Conclusion The overall financing situation is difficult and limits projects realization, it is as of today the challenge Number 1 Although the technology choice seems not to be the key driver making a project achievable, only the best technology associated with the most credible investors-operators will get the appropriate support from the banks as well from the public Market environment is crucial, appropriate support mechanisms need be engineered by governments willing to promote a nuclear programme and favour the emergence of achievable nuclear projects 30
