1 VITAJTE NA STREDOEURÓPSKOM MEDZINÁBOŽENSKOM FÓRE - CEIF 2016! Ďakujeme Vám, že ste sa prihlásili na Stredoeurópske medzináboženské fórum CEIF 2016, ktoré uskutoční v pondelok 25. júla 2016 v Župnom dome v historickom slovenskom meste Nitra. CEIF 2016 je sprievodným podujatím 101. Svetového kongresu esperanta, konaného pod záštitou prezidenta SR Andreja Kisku. Organizátormi CEIF 2016 sú občianske združenie Fórum náboženstiev sveta Slovensko a Slovenská esperantská federácia v spolupráci s ďalšími partnermi. CEIF 2016 je príspevkom Slovenska do posilňovania dialógu medzi náboženstvami, spoločného hľadania riešení rastúceho medzietnického, medzikultúrneho a medzináboženského napätia, konfliktov vyvolávajúcich nacionalizmus, extrémizmus, xenofóbiu, odpor a strach obyvateľstva, ako aj zložitých hospodárskych, sociálnych a spoločenských problémov vo svete, v súčasnosti najmä v EÚ pod vplyvom nekontrolovaného príchodu veľkého počtu migrantov. Miesto konania CEIF 2016 sa bude konať v koncertnej sále Župného domu v Nitre (Župné námestie 3, Nitra). V rovnakej budove sídli Úrad Nitrianskeho samosprávneho kraja a Nitrianska galéria. Registrácia Na CEIF 2016 je možné zaregistrovať sa do 20. júla 2016 elektronicky na stránke: Ak ste sa registrovali a nemôžete prísť, dajte nám, prosím, vedieť čo najskôr. Budete nám chýbať, ale určite sa v budúcnosti stretneme!

2 Registračný poplatok Pre účastníkov zo Slovenska, ktorí sa zaregistrovali po 5. júli 2016, je registrácia platná a bude potvrdená po zaplatení registračného poplatku vo výške 20. Registračný poplatok prosíme zaplatiť bankovým prevodom alebo vkladom na účet. Číslo účtu: /8330 IBAN: SK SWIFT/BIC kód: FIOBANKA Banka: 8330 Fiobanka, a.s. V správe pre prijímateľa uveďte, prosím, svoje meno a výraz "CEIF 2016". Účastníci mimo Slovenska zaplatia registračný poplatok v hotovosti pred začiatkom konferencie. Registračný poplatok sa nevzťahuje na individuálne pozvaných jednotlivcov, inštitúcie a osoby ich formálne zastupujúce. Prípadné otázky radi zodpovieme na info@fwr.sk alebo telefonicky na V prípade, že sa budete registrovať v posledných dňoch ( júla) a/alebo máte problém s internet bankingom, odporúčame registračný poplatok zaplatiť v hotovosti na mieste pred začiatkom konferencie. Vyše vyhlásenie v registračnom formulári budeme považovať za záväzné potvrdenie účasti s povinnosťou uhradiť registračný poplatok. Príďte, prosím, v dostatočnom predstihu. Príchod a registrácia v mieste konania fóra Registrácia účastníkov v mieste konania fóra bude otvorená od 08:00. Vyhraďte si, prosím, príchod v dostatočnom predstihu, optimálne už o 08:15. Konferencia začne presne o 09:00 a pred jej začiatkom očakávame zvýšený nápor účastníkov. Všetkým účastníkom silne odporúčame zotrvať na fóre počas celého dňa. Pripravili sme pre Vás jedinečnú choreografiu so silným príbehom a zážitkovými prvkami. Doprava Doprava do Nitry je individuálna. Účastníci môžu využiť služby verejných dopravcov. Informácie o cestovných poriadkoch sú k dispozícii na stránke:

3 Koordinovaná doprava do Nitry Účastníci, ktorí v registračnom formulári prejavili záujem o koordinovanú dopravu z Bratislavy do Nitry v deň konania fóra - ráno 25. júla a večer späť z Nitry do Bratislavy, budú mať rezervované lístky v autobusoch diaľkových liniek odchádzajúcich z autobusovej stanice Bratislava Mlynské Nivy. Zhromaždenie účastníkov v Bratislave je o 06:20 vo vestibule AS Mlynské Nivy, pred kaviarňou Nagelreiter. Autobus odchádza o 06:40, plánovaný príchod do AS Nitra o 07:45. Do miesta konania fóra bude poskytnutá preprava organizátorským tímom. Zhromaždenie účastníkov v Nitre na cestu späť je 20:15 pred Župným domom, odkiaľ budú prepravení na AS Nitra. Odchod autobusu z Nitry do Bratislavy je o 21:00, s plánovaným príchodom do Bratislavy 22:20. Taxislužba nie je koordinovaná organizátorom. Koordinátorka v Bratislave: Jitka Spillerová, Kontaktná osoba v Nitre: Carmen Virágová, Občerstvenie a obed Občerstvenie počas prestávok na kávu zabezpečujú organizátori pre všetkých účastníkov CEIF Pozvaní hostia a prednášajúci sú pozvaní na benefičný obed. Ostatní účastníci fóra majú možnosť zakúpiť si obed v hotovosti pri registračnom pulte CEIF Cena obeda je 10. Hrdo podávame vegánsku stravu. Ubytovanie Organizátori zabezpečujú alebo sprostredkúvajú ubytovanie len spíkrom. Účastníkom a priaznivcom fóra CEIF 2016 odporúčame využiť ubytovanie za zvýhodnené ceny v Park Hoteli Tartuf v Beladiciach pri Nitre a to nielen počas konania fóra, ale aj kedykoľvek do 30. augusta Transfer z Beladíc do Nitry bude zabezpečený zo strany organizátorov. V prípade záujmu o ubytovanie kontaktujte priamo hotel v Beladiciach podľa pokynov na horeuvedenom linku. Program CEIF 2016 Rámcový program fóra s potvrdenými rečníkmi je priebežne aktualizovaný na webstránke Niektoré prvky programu držíme zámerne v tajnosti do poslednej chvíle. J Finálny program CEIF 2016 dostanú účastníci pri registrácii.

5 WELCOME TO THE CENTRAL EUROPEAN INTERFAITH FORUM - CEIF 2016! Thank you for registering to participate in the Central European Interfaith Forum 2016 (CEIF 2016, pronounced as safe ). CEIF 2016 will be held on 25 July 2016 in Nitra, Slovakia. The event will be organized by the Forum of the World s Religions Slovakia and the Slovak Esperanto Federation in collaboration with other partners. CEIF 2016 is one of the accompanying events of the 101st World Esperanto Congress held in the historical city of Nitra from July 2016 under the auspices of Slovak President H. E. Andrej Kiska. CEIF 2016 aims to strengthen interreligious and civic dialogue in the search for solutions against the background of growing ethnic, cultural and religious tension in Europe. The alarming trends of nationalism, extremism and xenophobia in our societies, as well as the complex economic, social and political issues the world has to confront today, require dialogue between the spiritual authorities, communities and the guiding institutions of this world. This is the kind of dialogue, followed by practical action, that the Central European Interfaith Forum aims to inspire. Conference Venue CEIF 2016 will be held in the Concert Hall of the County Hall (Župný dom, Župné námestie 3, Nitra). The building also hosts the Nitra Gallery. 6 Administration Fee Participants registered after 5 July 2016 are asked to pay an administration fee of 20. For participants coming from outside Slovakia, the administration fee is payable in cash at the registration desk before the conference. Please reserve enough time to come early: we suggest coming at 08:15. Transportation to Nitra Participants are responsible for their own traveling arrangements. Participants can use for the public transfer buses from Bratislava to Nitra. Information about the connections and timetables can be found on Coordinated transportation from Bratislava to Nitra Those participants who marked in the registration form their interest in coordinated travel from Bratislava to Nitra on the day of the conference, are meeting on 25 July 2016 at 06:20 in the main hall of the Mlynské Nivy Bus Station. Their seats have been reserved for them and are payable in cash in the bus to our coordinator (in both directions). The bus will leave at 06:40 with a scheduled arrival at the Nitra Bus Station at 07:45. Participants will be taken to the venue by the organizers. For coordinated departure from Nitra to Bratislava, participants will meet at 20:15 in front of the County Hall to be taken to the Nitra Bus Station. The bus will leave at 21:00 with a scheduled arrival in Bratislava at 22:20. Taxi service is not coordinated by the organizers. CEIF participants and friends can benefit from special rates at the charming Park Hotel Tartuf in Beladice, about 15 km from Nitra ( The special rates can be used during the conference or anytime until 30 August Transfer from Beladice to Nitra is provided free of charge. Visa Requirements Foreign nationals who are subject to visa requirement and want to enter the Schengen area, with Slovakia being their target destination, must file a visa application with the competent Slovak embassy or consulate general. Foreign nationals legally residing in a

7 third country (i.e. other than the country of their citizenship) may apply for a visa at the embassy/consulate general competent for the country of their current residence. For the CEIF 2016 conference you need entry visa: Type C Schengen visa: entry visa, which entitles its holder to enter and stay in the EU Schengen area for not more than a total of 90 days. Registration Desk at the Venue Registration opens at the conference venue at 08:00. We strongly encourage all participants to stay for the full day of the event: we have worked tirelessly to make this a unique experience and create a true community. Coffee Breaks and Lunch Coffee breaks for all participants will be provided free of charge. All speakers and special guests are invited to a Golden Lunch. Other forum participants have the opportunity to participate in the Golden Lunch by purchasing tickets in the morning at the registration desk. The price of the ticket is 10. We proudly serve vegan food. Conference Agenda The agenda with confirmed speakers is updated continuously on /#en. However, please be ready for surprise elements on the agenda you will not find anywhere. J Participants will receive the final agenda at the registration desk.
