Carbon-neutral service parcels (B2C) Home Delivery CarryOn HomeShopping Pick-up parcel This is a service suitable for companies selling to consumers, i.e. Internet stores, mail order etc. The parcels are delivered via post-inshop/post offices (1400+ nation wide) Evening delivery to consumer The parcel is delivered at home address between 5 PM and 9 PM, in cities and urban areas. The recipient is notified twice via SMS and out driver will also call minutes prior to arrival. Consumer parcels abroad Solution for companies sending to private individuals abroad. Very suitable for online shops and can be sent all over the world. Business parcel (B2B) Business parcel express overnight CarryOn Business Parcels weighing up to 35 kg Parcels weighing up to 35 kg from company to company. We collect from the sender. Smaller numbers of parcels can be delivered to the post office or to Post in shop. We deliver to recipients throughout Norway by 4:00 pm. Express delivery Flexible, express delivery nationwide. We ensure that the recipient receives your parcel the next morning before 9:00 am. In less populated areas, parcels will be delivered by 4:00 pm. Business parcels abroad Solutions for companies sending to other companies abroad. Door-todoor service that includes customs clearance and delivery to recipients throughout the world. Groupage Part loads Shipments weighing up to 2500 kg We can collect all your shipments and deliver them to recipients via our comprehensive distribution network all over Norway. The total weight of the shipment may be up to 2500kg. Shipments weighing more than 2500 kg Shipments weighing more than 2500 kg delivered directly to your recipients, to most addresses in Norway. Flex Delivery Flex Delivery is a service where the sender permits Bring to leave the shipment at the recipient s address without the recipient being present to receive and sign the delivery

Dangerous goods We transport dangerous groupage and part loads provided that they comply with IMDG/IATA and/or ADR regulations. Shipments in dangerous goods classes 1 (explosives) and 7 (radioactive substances) are usually not accepted. Free online portal A free online portal that gives you an overview and control of shipments with Bring. The solution gives you access to order freight, comprehensive tracking, customised reports and invoice records.

7 7 Finding prices for parcel services The transport industry uses chargeable weight to calculate prices. The chargeable weight is the heaviest weight of volume weight and actual/real weight. Volume calculation is the method used to convert volume to weight to get the volume weight. To get the volume weight: 1. First you find the volume of the parcel and then multiply this by the length, width and height of the parcel 2. You must have the volume in the correct unit of measurement. Bring uses cubic decimetre (dm3). If the measurements are in cm, divide the result by 1000 to get dm3 (the volume of the shipment) 3. The volume is divided by a fixed conversion factor of 5.0. You are then left with the weight in kilograms For parcels, we estimate 1 kg for each 5 dm3 parcel measured according to the greatest length, width and height. Therefore the volume must be divided by the fixed conversion factor: 5 Parcel calculation example: We have a business parcel to be sent from Tønsberg to Molde, which is a distance of 4 zones. You can find the number of zones in the zone table in this document. The parcel is going to an address within the core area 1. The parcel measures (LxWxH) 40x20x24 cm and weighs 3 kg 2. Volume = 40 cm x 20 cm x 24 cm = 19,200 cm3 3. You must divide the result by 1000 to get the volume in dm ,200 / 1000 = 19.2 dm3 Height: 24 cm 3 kg Volume: Fixed conversion factor: = 3.84 Width: 20 cm Length: 40 cm The freight calculation weight is the heaviest of actual weight and volume weight and is always rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram. In this example, the volume weight is highest, so the freight calculation weight is 4 kg. 4 kg to zone 4 costs NOK 159

VAT) Cash on delivery (COD) by post services - Carbon-neutral service parcel electronic data interchange (EDI): NOK 39 per parcel - CarryOn HomeShopping: NOK 72 per parcel COD for CarryOn HomeShopping is only available for bulk-split shipments and single parcels to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. ID Services Do you want the recipient to present identification upon delivery, you can order this through EDI. The recipient gets either a letter notification, sms or an informing that identification is required: Normal duty of identification: Credentials are checked upon delivery. Person other than the recipient can pick up the parcel, but must identify themselves. Price NOK 7 per parcel Personal delivery: Only specified recipient can pick up the parcel - against credentials. Proxy is unfortunately not possible. Price NOK 10 per parcel. Parcels to/from Svalbard and Spitsbergen Additional surcharge from Tromsø to Svalbard and from Svalbard to Tromsø. NOK 166 As Svalbard and Spitsberger are regarded by customs as third country, proper documentation is required in form of commercial or proforma invoice. For parcels with net commodity value over NOK 5000, customs clearance charge of NOK 252 and NOK 25 per order line is applied. Missing/incorrect EDI information or address (correction of errors and omissions) To carry out transport in accordance with current schedules, Bring requires prior notification of all shipments. We expect prior notification via EDI, which should contain the full and correct information. Examples of this include the collection and delivery addresses and details about the actual shipment. There will be a surcharge for shipments where EDI information is not received in accordance with the agreement, or if the information given is incorrect. Price: NOK 83 per parcel Surcharge for incorrectly addressed parcels Incorrect delivery address includes an incorrect post code for a P.O. Box or service box or invalid post code. For business parcelsand business parcels express overnight, there is a surcharge of NOK 40 per parcel. CarryOn Business and CarryOn HomeShopping parcels incur a NOK 54 surcharge per parcel. Posten Norge's forwarding responsibilities are regulated by the Norwegian road transport act (excluding overnight express freight of business parcels). Insurance is available. See bring.no for other services and prices. Reminder fee All orders where credit has been extended must be paid for following receipt of the invoice, and payment must be received by Bring by the due date. All objections to an invoice must be submitted in writing to Bring within eight days of receipt of the invoice. In the event of payment default, non-defaulted invoices will also be calculated as defaulted and can be collected together with defaulted invoices. Bring is entitled to offset/withhold sums due even if there are freight, damage or shortfall claims. Reminder fees comply with the Norwegian Debt Collection Act and current rates. Reminder fees are set by law and are always one-tenth of the current debt collection rates. The Norwegian Department of Justice adjusts debt collection rates annually. Priced per invoice. Special goods Parcels over 120 cm long, over 60 cm wide over and/or over 60 cm in height are classed as special goods. The same applies to parcels with no packaging and roll-on/roll-off goods. The same surcharge applies to parcels that measure less than the minimum measurements (i.e. 23 x 13 x 1 cm), which means that the parcel must be sorted manually. Therefore the volume must be divided by the fixed conversion factor: 3.5 Groupage calculation example: We have a shipment to be sent from Tønsberg to Molde which is 11 zones. You can find the number of zones in the domestic groupage and part loads zone table, which can be downloaded from bring.no 1. The shipment measures (LxWxH) 120 x 80 x 90 cm and weighs 220 kg 2. Volume = 120 cm x 80 cm x 90 cm = 864,000 cm3 3. You must divide the result by 1000 to get the volume in dm ,000 / 1000 = 864 dm3 Height: 90 cm Volume: Fixed conversion factor: = Width: 80 cm Length: 120 cm The freight calculation weight is the heaviest actual weight and volume weight and is always rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram. 21 21 Additional price information for groupage and part loads Agreed time of delivery (Delivery advice) If you wish, we can contact the recipient and arrange a time of delivery. We also phone the recipient about 30 minutes before we deliver. This service must be pre-booked with Bring. If the recipient is a private customer, we always do this to ensure that the recipient is home. Price: NOK 298 per shipment Crane truck If a crane truck is necessary for particular transportation solutions, our customers can purchase this service. Prices and rates are based on the particular job. Labelling All parcels must be clearly labelled. If you would like us to label them for you, we will do so. Price: NOK 45 per parcel Return service Returning/resending groupage when the shipment was sent with Bring. Freight is extra. Prices are agreed when entering into a contract. Third party payment If someone other than the sender or recipient pays for freight, invoicing of the third party shall be agreed when entering into a contract. If this party is not solvent, Bring has the right to change the sender's freight terms (delivery terms) and charge a 10% surcharge on the gross freight. The service is priced per shipment. Price: NOK 154 per shipment Waybill printouts Bring will complete or print waybills for you if you so wish. Price: NOK 36 per waybill Exchanging EUR pallets Pallets are exchanged on the condition that Bring has a valid pallet receipt. Pallets are part of packaging and are required for prompt and effective transport. A pallet exchange scheme is offered to customers. A surcharge applies per pallet. Price: NOK 38 per pallet Toll charges Surcharge for all groupage and part loads shipments in and out of an area with toll charges. Bring calculates a surcharge where new toll charges are introduced or in the case of tariff changes for existing tolled areas. For information see bring.no Redelivery (tolls on collection/delivery) This applies for collection or delivery, or if the sender/recipient is not home. Delivery after 4:00 pm and other delivery services to private customers must be agreed at the local terminal. Price: NOK 361 per order Diesel surcharge Surcharge for all domestic shipments. Surcharges are regularly updated, and the current surcharges can be found on our web pages. Collection of smaller shipments Collection of groupage shipments with a total weight of less than 100 kg. Price: NOK 230 per order Credit charge The cost of offering credit is not included in the freight charge between the sender and recipient. For price per invoice, please see separate price list. Price: NOK 104 per invoice Missing/incorrect EDI information or address (correction of errors and omissions) To carry out transport in accordance with current schedules, Bring requires prior notification of all shipments. Price: NOK 83 per shipment Additional costs Bring reserves the right to charge the customer for extraordinary costs over which Bring has no influence from the time at which such costs are accrued. Please see our terms and conditions in the transport guide for further details. Price calculated for each individual case. Recipient freight Freight will normally be prepaid. If the recipient has an approved customer agree-ment with Bring, the recipient can pay for the freight in arrears. A system surcharge per shipment applies. The sender must always pay for shipments that require delivery advice, delivery to unattended addresses between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, shipments with any delivery conditions, delivery to building sites, private addresses, ships and delivery addresses with restricted delivery times. Price: NOK 169 per shipment Measuring and weighing To calculate the correct freight for all shipments, it is important that the weight and volume are correct. We assume that the sender has sent the correct measurement and weight via EDI. We check shipments or can offer this service for a surcharge per shipment. An incorrect measurement will be corrected and can lead to changes to the freight price in addition to a surcharge. Price: NOK 27 per shipment Reminder fee All orders where credit has been extended must be paid for following receipt of the invoice, and payment must be received by Bring by the due date. All objections to an invoice must be submitted in writing to Bring within eight days of receipt of the invoice. Returning/readdressing If the recipient refuses delivery of the goods, or if delivery is prevented in any way, Bring will obtain acceptance from the client. If this is not received within seven days from the issue date, the goods will be automatically returned at the client's own expense and risk. Price: NOK 299 per shipment Prices for other services Special goods: will be priced with a freight price surcharge of 25%. Dangerous goods: will normally be priced with a freight price surcharge of 25%. For dangerous goods

Temperature-controlled goods: will be priced with a freight price surcharge of 25%. Transport insurance It is useful to have insurance against mishaps, etc. Bring can offer insurance on individual shipments to customers who do not have their own cargo insurance for groupage and part loads. Please contact the local department for an offer. Delivery For customers who would like delivery outside of these times, we can help find a solution. Please contact the local department for an offer. Safety consultants We can offer consultancy services to customers who are sending ADR/ dangerous goods. Please contact the local department for an offer. Storage rental If, for any reason, the recipient or sender prevents delivery of the goods and Bring must store the shipment at the terminal, storage rental will be automatically charged from the second working day.
