5 Our story 5 Semco Energi and Semco Marine in Odense are consolidated into one division in the name of Semco Maritime, a business unit under Semco A/S. Semco Maritime aquires Secure Systems ApS and becomes Premier Cisco Partner. Capelrig is acquired. This opens up a new chapter in Semco Maritime s story. Semco Marine offshore office is established in Esbjerg. Semco Maritime is certified according to OHSAS and ISO The business units Switchboard and Marine Service are sold. Semco Maritime opens production plant in Vietnam C.W. Obel becomes the owner of SN Holding including Semco A/S. The business unit Fire Protection is sold to Danfoss and C.W. Obel. Esbjerg Oilfield Services is acquired and integrated in full with existing activities. Acquisition of Danish Rope Access. Semco A/S is divided in two companies Semco Danmark A/S (Bravida) and Semco Maritime A/S. Norse Electronics (telecom) and OIS, Norway is sold. Semco Maritime takes over the project engineering and consultancy department of Delpro A/S Semco Maritime acquires AGR in Norway.

25 PROJECT: HESS BROWN FIELD & Hock up 25 Semco Maritime and Rambøll Oil & Gas have set up an integrated project team for this project. The Brownfield project includes: Engineering Procurement Prefabrication Installation and testing The challenge is that all changes will take place on a platform which is still in operation. 26 REFERENCE PROJECT: SNORRE A 26 Project Scope shortly: Upgrade Vibration Monitoring System General scope of work is to replace existing vibration, condition monitoring systems and network. The contract covers replacement of 15 racks. This includes new field monitoring racks, a new network including local database servers, VDU display, keyboard and software.
