11 Project Power Plants Power Plants Semco Maritime has supplied power plants worldwide. The power plants are based on combustion engines that make electricity via a generator. Being a turnkey supplier we are responsible for buildings, engines, generators, high-voltage equipment, electrical equipment, fuel systems, cooling systems, chimneys everything that is necessary for building a power plant. Semco Maritime has completed more than 50 cogeneration plants and a number of industrial process plants worldwide.

14 Projects EPCI Facilities Contract Semco Maritime have entered into a long term agreement with DONG Energy for maintenance and modification of their offshore Oil & Gas installations in Denmark and later in Norway and the UK. 15 Projects HESS Brownfield Semco Maritime and Rambøll Oil & Gas have set up an integrated project team for this project. The Brownfield project includes: Engineering Procurement Prefabrication Installation and testing The challenge is that all changes will take place on a platform which is still in operation.

17 Reference projects Snorre A Upgrade Vibration Monitoring System Client : Statoil Project type : EPCIC Period : Oct ongoing Est. Man-hours : Contract value : MNOK 20 General scope of work is to replace existing vibration, condition monitoring systems and network. The contract covers replacement of 15 racks. This includes new field monitoring racks, a new network including local database servers, VDU display, keyboard and software.

18 Project - Halfdan BB Fabrication of Wellhead Module Client: Mærsk Olie & Gas A/S Project type: Design, engineering, fabrication Period: 2007 Semco Maritime has performed the detailed design and subsequently manufactured and tested the 600-ton module for Halfdan BB in 9 months.

21 Reference projects Greater Ekofisk Area Client Frame Agreement for supply of Telecommunication Systems Project type : ConocoPhillips NO : EPC Period : Jan This is a Frame Agreement for all Telecommunication systems for the whole Greater Ekofisk Area development project including systems for implementation of Integrated Operation. This includes also collaboration with the different Topside and Brownfield EPCI contractors.

22 Procedure for nye leverandører Nye leverandører Vurderes/evalueres enten på af en af en intern opfordring eller på baggrund af en henvendelse med ønske om at blive leverandør til Semco. Processen: Spørgeskema vedrørende kvalitetsstyring, arbejdsmiljøstyring og miljøstyring udsendes til virksomheden.. Virksomhedens svar vurderes af HSE&Q, hvorefter leverandøren godkendes, der spørges evt. om yderlig oplysning eller anmodning afvises. I vurderingen bliver der lagt vægt på om leverandøren er certificeret eller som minimum har implementerede procedurer eller rutiner for kvalitetsstyring, arbejdsmiljøog miljøstyring, samt referencer.. Hvis leverandøren er certificeret godkendes denne umiddelbart. Er der store mangler mht. implementerede procedurer / rutiner aflægges auditbesøg hvis det vurderes at leverandøren skal anvende fremover. Leverandører af Ingeniør, svejsearbejde og varmebehandling vurderes særskilt, da Semco Maritime har særlige krav til udførelsen af disse processer.

23 Løbende Evaluering af Eksisterende leverandører Eksisterende leverandører Evalueres og måles på deres performance. Afvigelser i forhold til aftalt kvalitets niveau Afvigelser i leveringstid Rettidig levering af certifikater på varer Fleksibilitet Disse oplysninger bliver registreret i Semcos database og evalueret en gang årligt ud fra en karakterskala, medmindre der er større afvigelser eller mangler.
