8 GENERAL RULES: AGE OF RIDER as on the day HARD HATS WITH CHIN-STRAPS MUST be worn by anyone mounted on a horse/pony. ALL horses/ponies must be 4 years old or over If the use of a back protector prevents the wearing of a jacket a plain navy or black jumper may be worn with a shirt and tie or stock otherwise riding jackets MUST be worn Jumping classes to be held under British Riding Club rules The Committee will not be held responsible for damage caused to any persons/property while on the show ground. PLEASE DO NOT MUCK OUT YOUR HORSEBOX ONTO THE SHOWGROUND PLEASE TAKE YOUR LITTER HOME DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES THE JUDGES/COMMITTEE DECISIONS ARE FINAL EQUESTRIAN LIFE SHOWING QUALIFIERS (2016) Qualification goes to 1st-4th in all ridden, in-hand and working hunter classes, unless previously qualified. Once a competitor receives their card, all instructions are contained on the reverse. This allows the competitor to enter any class for which they are eligible at our Summer Championship Show.
