Partner 15 years of experience as a project manager in the field of EU funds, led and worked as a team member on projects worth over 1 mil.eur Expert in finding sources of funding for projects in the private and public sectors, making the EU documents, sector studies, feasibility studies, national and local strategies, the establishment of purchasing agencies and administrative capacity building. Monika worked in the Croatian and international consulting firms on EU projects (IPA, CARDS, PHARE) in Macedonia, Croatia and Turkey in the field of business, agricultural, rural and local politics. Graduated Finance at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje and graduated local development of the Balkans at the University of Trento in Italy. Ivan Orač, mag.ing.agr. Partner Works on the preparation and implementation of projects in the agrifood sector. Business experience gained by working in the department of European funds and national aid on the preparation and implementation of projects in the renowned Croatian consulting firm. Specialized on projects in agriculture and fisheries where he gained experience by working on numerous projects within the IPARD program and later the European Fund for agriculture and rural development. Graduated Agrobusiness and Rural Development at the Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb. Marin Vučemilo, mag.oec. Partner Works on development of project concepts funded by EU and national funds. Business experience gained by working in the manufacturing sector, a number of well-known Croatian companies, while building international experience working in the United States. Relevant experience of EU funding gained by working in the renowned Croatian consulting firm where he worked on projects financed by the European Regional Development Fund, participating in all phases of project applications.
