Our main-office is located in Wolfsburg (Germany), our Spanish headquarter is in Almussafes (Valencia). In the rest of Europe we are located in Bratislava (Slovakia). We are also in Brazil, in the U.S.A., the South Africa and China. This decentralization enables us, InPro electric, to be everywhere in the world wide with our customer. -3 -

That s the reason, why we work hand in hand with the customer during the entire project. During Design, Installation, Commissioning and Training we find the best solutions for the project. -5-

6 Hardware Design The electrical design will be realized by powerful CAD - programs, used in the industry: E-PLAN, RUPLAN, X-ELEC, AUTOCAD. We can design new installations, or modify the drawings of existing installations. We adapt to the necessities of our clients, providing the suitable, technical solution

7 Software Desing-Automation Programming InPro generates software - Design for the automation of productive processes in industrial facilities. All our software is developed, following the customer specifications and the actual official guidelines. We develop the interface between the line and the operators; and design the diagnostic screens and visualization of failures in touch screens and industrial PC s. The communication of the field-elements is made by using the recent fieldbus-systems: Interbus, Profibus, DeviceNet, Ethernet... We are all current programming software tools, as such as: Siemens, Bosch, Rockwell, Omron, Telemecanique... Profi-bus Display device HMI -7 -

9 Construction of electrical cabinets In collaboration with our design department we built the electrical cabinets. We use all different kinds of materials and suppliers, offering to our clients a finished product with all quality requirements. Our main suppliers are Rittal, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Phoenix Contact, Pilz, Weidmüller, Harting, Lapp Kabel... Although we do not have commercial, contractual obligations, we use firms best suited to customers necessary. -9 -

10 Assembly and electrical installation We have a qualified team, able to organize and coordinate all the necessary tasks, which contains an electrical, industrial installation: - Installation of main supplies - Installation of cabinets - Installation of cable-trunking - Installation of cables and connections - Wiring of the stations and all components of the installation - Labeling. - Certification and measurements of quality We realize electrical installations. We offer turn-key solutions, from design and purchase until the final acceptance

11 Commissioning When the electrical installation is finished, we start with the commissioning of the equipment. During this time, our technicians are onsite (wherever the custumor install the lines) to realize the startup. We produce the first parts together with the customer, and step by step reach the quality level and cycletime desired. After final acceptance we are prepared to standby and train the operators, who are going to control the line. The first production series are realized together

12 Robot Programming InPro electric programs robots of ABB, KUKA, FANUC, COMAU... optimizing all the possibilities in functions like, all types of welding, handling and paletization. We use advanced design programs, like ROB-CAD for the Off-Line OLPprogramming and mainly with a highly qualified team of Online- Programmer's, with an extended experience in the different fields related to the automation and industrial processes

13 Stand-by of production and training for the client s employees. Our services include advanced training courses and introduction in the handling of the automated systems. Our technicians are next to the client s personnel during the production phase. This assures that the worker is safe and familiarized with the new installation. We produce the user-manuals, technical documentation, backups of software, to assure that our client do have all the information about the project.. We do not abandon our customers after installation with all the technology
