Flexible organization, versatile capabilities and reliability of our staff proved by experience allows us to act as a control technology supplier for our main customer - Škoda Auto a.s. and its suppliers as well. History Company CMS s.r.o was founded in 1999, as a succesor of company Datatrans s.r.o. in investment activities, therefore it is possible to say, that in the field of industrial automation the company is not a newcomer - on the contrary all our employees including managers are experienced in electronic control system design and startup. The company foundation itself is dated in the end of 1999, when the company Datatrans s.r.o., originally founded with a view to provide hardware and software service for current control systems in automotive plant Škoda Auto a.s. in Mladá Boleslav (Czech Rep.), extended its activities in the sphere of mentioned electric design, assembly and startup of industrial automation systems. Activities focused on new projects were completely transferred (including experienced staff) into newly founded companies - CMS s.r.o., with the domain in design and implementation of automatic control systems and Conti MB s.r.o., engaged with implementation of supervisory control, ie. process visualisation including appropriate hardware deliveries and statistical data processing in accordance with customer demands. The company CMS has superior technical background and skilled and project experienced staff (see page with our own references and Datatrans s.r.o. projects).

3 Present The domain of our activity is at present primarilly turnkey deliveries of conveyor systems control for industry (see reference list). We deliver complete technology control based on programmable controllers (PLC), especially GE Intelligent Platforms, Siemens and others on customer s demand. We are also capable to recommend the optimal control system type including configuration proposal. We process the electric design and drawing in CAD systems (nowadays E-Plan or Autocad software) in format requested by customer. We have also capacity in manufacturing and assembly of electric distributors (cabinets) including transport and wiring. For programming and startup we take advantage of capabilities of our experienced team of programmers with deep knowledge of PLC as well as PC programming (see reference list) and for special purposes we are able to design also customers specific applications e.g. to create an software and/or hardware interface between new project and other non-standart technology control system. The open architecture of by our company offered systems allows very easy extensions and modifications of given system in the future and thereby reduces the costs for possible further reconstruction or modification. Especially as for mentioned control systems from GE Intelligent Platforms, these offers open platform up to the hardware level and enables easy integration of control components from third parties into the control system. We had already a chance to prove this advantage in use. We also dispose with considerable experience with startup and optimization of designed and current control systems. We are also capable to provide contractual servicing for control system delivered by our company and systems delivered by third party as well. We are also authorized distributor of complete product line of control and SCADA/HMI systems from GE Intelligent Platforms. We are authorized service partner of well known german company LJU Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, developer and manufacturer of control systems for electric trolley conveyors (EHB).

4 Since end of 2001 we are also distributors partner of german company A.Friedr FLENDER GmbH, manufacturer of wide range of drives, gears, couplings a their accesories for all industries. Since end 2000 we are also distributors partner for automotive industry of applicom international, french company which develops and produce communication interfaces for standart industrial communications. We are also experienced in applications of industrial wireless identification (identification of persons as well as material using active electronic device in shape of card, glass-sealed, plastic disc etc.) radiofrequency identification systems Texas Instruments RFID (TIRIS) in industrial case delivered by Grosse Elektrotechnik GmbH. Since 2001 we also provide delivery of PC equipment and software not only for our applications and applications of control systems, but also to other customers including non-manufacturing industry and individuals.

5 Future The company CMS. s r.o. was founded with goal to establish project and consultancy centre for industrial automation. Already from the very beginning there was an in automation experienced team working in the company, capable to provide service in this field from project design to turnkey delivery. The CMS s.r.o. company policy is based on perfect technical analysis, on mutual reliance between customer and provider, according to perfectly realized work and properly applied components. The company staff is ready to offer technical support for electronic control system applications and prepare complete customer solutions for large projects. Long-term objective of the firm is to build strong and healthful company, accepted on local as well as external markets, with ability to fulfill customer requirements and demands. The fact, that we have our own capacities for design, manufacturing and wiring, allows us to improve all services provided and use the experience from already realized projects. We can guarantee high quality of our work and service and we provide also warranty as well as nonwarranty servicing for our components and realized projects. All electric components supplied and used by our company CE certificates as requested for products for european market. Our offer The company CMS s.r.o. acts as a system integrator and supplier of control systems from GE Intelligent Platforms with european headquarters in Echternachu, Luxembourg and as a supplier and authorized servicing and maintenance partner of German company LJU Automatisierungstechnik GmbH. To our customers we offer complete solution as well as solutions for given project part in industry automation and following technical and maintenance service.

6 Our service includes following activities: Customer s requirement and plan analysis Solution proposals for given task Control system configuration design Electric design for control system and related equipment Delivery of control system equipment Delivery of electric equipment Electric cabinets assembly, wiring and testing Software design and programming for given application Software debugging and optimalization Assistance for trial run Operator s and maintenance training Post-SOP technical and maintenance support Furthermore we also provide the spare parts delivery for above mentioned control systems for end customers as well as system integrators, including servicing and maintenance. We can also offer contractual servicing and maintenance for control systems software and hardware according customers demand from phone support up to 24 hour standby assistance at the customer. The maintenance service could be contracted also for control systems delivered by third party. The offer of these activities is not limited to above mentioned control system HW platform, decisive is the requirement or choice of the customer. We permanently extend our activities on the field of industrial automation and thus guarantee top quality of our services. For provided control systems we offer also system trainings for end customers and system integrators as well according the standard training program or individual according the customer s request. The latest training offer is on our web, the trainings are held in our company training room which has necessary technical background.
