4 Floor plans design We specialize in creating high-quality floor plans for real estate agents, property managers and developers. First, we re-create your floor plans from the ground up using proprietary architectural software. We then make any modifications to the plans according to your needs and start the coloring process. Finally, we adjust text, colors, layout etc. based on your specs. Finalized floor plans are ed to you in high-resolution format for printing and low-resolution for uploading to websites. If you need your floor plans in a different format or need them in a particular size, just let us know and we will create them according to your specifications. Simply your existing technical floor plans to us (preferably.pdf or.jpg format). We will review your attachments promptly and reply with a price quote. You can even ask us for on-site measurements. If you only have a printed copy of your architect floor plan and they are too large to scan on your scanner, you can either take them to your local print shop for scanning (Fedex Office is usually the best place for this kind of work), you can easily use your camera to take pictures of the plans and those to us.
