11 Our Process Clients must send a plan in DWG format by or FTP Server only. T h e c l i e n t w i l l receive a proposal within 24, 48, 72 hours for their approval depending on their package. The client must approve the Proposal. A f t e r c l i e n t approval, the final draft of the rendering will be completed within 1-2 days. As the final design is rendered it would be ed to the client. A % a m o u n t deposit of the project is required before work begins.

12 Our Packages PACKAGE I : This is the entry level package where you have to forward the plan as well as the elevation to the DesignLAB for giving the 3D request, once we receives the plan & elevation then we will provide the 3D view with 2 color options within the period of 48 hrs. What you provides Plan & Elevation(2D) What we deliver 1 3D View with 2 color options PACKAGE II : In this package DesignLAB will provide one 2D elevation and one 3D view with (2 color option) on your desired plan. Before the finalization of 3D View you have to finalize the 2D Elevation first. Turn around will 72 hrs What you provide Plan What we deliver 1 Proposal(2D) 1 3D View with 2 color options PACKAGE III : Here you will receives two 2D elevations with totally different taste within 48 hrs and once you finalize the elevations then we will provide you 2 3D views (with 2 color options)in next 48 hrs of time. What you provide Plan What we deliver 2 Proposals(2D) 2 3D View with 2 color option of each 3D view

The rates are bifurcated on a floor levels and it varies as per the package selection. The rates are defined on a Rs/Running feet manner for the front side only, let us have a look on pricings. Side Elevation : Only 45% of the front elevation is charged for the designing of side elevation of the project and it is optional for you. Costing Example : Suppose you have given an assignment of front elevation designing as well as of side elevation on a plot size of 30x50 with G+1 level. Here 30 is the front size so the cost will be calculated on 30 running feet that are as follows on our all 3 package. Package I 30 x 50 Rs = 1,500 (x 45% for side elevation) Package II 30 x 70 Rs = 2,100 Package III 30 x 100 Rs = 3,000 Mode of Payment : The amount can be deposited directly in our bank accounts or you can forward the DD in favour of Design Lab using the under mentioned account details.
