4 PS 2: Create WBS Elements Exercise Use the SAP Easy Access Menu to create WBS elements. Task In the Project Builder create WBS-Elements for your previously created project. Therefore use the SAP Easy Access Menu. Name (Position) Jermain Kumins Time 15 Min. To create a project, follow the menu path in the SAP Easy Access Menu: Logistics Project System Project Project Builder In the Project Builder chose your previously created project from the project structure in the area Last Projects Processed. Therefore click on Development Ultralight ###(I). To create a WBS-Element chose from the area Overview(s) of the corresponding project. In the following table enter the following data in the register Basic Data: WBS-Element: ; Description: Development Ultralight WBS-Element: 1; Description: Construction WBS-Element: 2; Description: Prototype WBS-Element: 3; Description: Test Procedure WBS-Element: 4; Description: Small Series WBS-Element: 5; Descriptiong: Approval to Production For all Elements select the fields Markieren Sie für alle Elemente die Auswahlfelder: Plan und Kont. Complete the information about your project. Assign a responsible person to your project. Therefore, in the register Basic Data click the field Person Respons. Press F4 and chose Verantwortlicher A. As Start Date chose todays date and for Finish Date chose Today plus one month. In the Register Long Text you can change the Long Text description. For description enter Development Ultralight ### (I) by GBI, supervised by responsible A Verantwortlicher A Todays date Today plus one month Development Ultralight #### (I) by GBI, supervised by responsible A Save your entries by clicking Save. 7 PS 4: Project Release Task Release of Project. Time 5 min Description Use the SAP Easy Access Menu to release the project. Name (Position) Jun Lee To release the project, follow the menu path: Logistics Project System Project Project Builder Click on. In the window open Project enter and chose. Chose: Edit Menu Status Release. Use the Save Button to save your entries. The system will give a success message that the status was released saying.
