5 This is a 360 Dome Projection system the Dome is made out of special material for Projection and mapping and has been imported from Europe from the best manufacturers in the World. DOME PROJECTION FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AS WELL We can execute projection on the outer surface of the Dome as well by using projection systems or intelligent lighting on the outer surface of the Dome simultaneously at an additional costs. CLIENT S AUDIO VISUAL CONTENT If a special audio visual content has to be played of the client. The audio visual will have to be made in a specific resolution and format which will be provided you as we will have to convert the same in our Projection software timeline. CONTENT CREATION we can also create content for you or your clients. we are regularly updating ourselves from our European counterparts. We can create content abroad or in India. GRAPHICS AND VISUAL CONTENT DURING THE SHOW. We will carry loads of graphics and audio video content to play during the event. If anything in specific has to be created it will be at an additional costs to you. POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS & COMPANY LOGO & PRODUCT PHOTOS We can also play power point presentations of the clients project Company Logo and photographs but it has to be given to us a couple of days in advance please as everything has to be converted to the Projection software. We will have to use separate projectors for powerpoint presentations and photographs at an additional costs. SOUND, LIGHT & PROJECTION FOR THE EVENT If there is a band playing or you need additional sound or additional lights and Projectors than what we have supplied you it will be charged additionally. We will use only our Sound, Light, Projection & Rigging Engineers as all will have to be synced and choreographed with our timeline. Our Engineers are the best available in the business. STANDS FOR PROJECTORS We will need 5 Projector stands of size 4 x 3feet and 6feet height for Projectors. If we are using more projectors we will need more projector stands. SOUND LIGHT PROJECTION CONSOLE INSIDE THE DOME We will need a Sound, Light, Projection Console inside the Dome we can figure out the placement once you send us your stage and seating arrangements. STAGE SETUP AND SEATING ARRANGEMENT INSIDE THE DOME It would be good if you could share the seating arrangements and stage placements in advance so that we can advice you on the Projection as this is a 360 degree projection. The stage backdrop or venue decor should not be of height more than 6 feet. We advice not to have a backdrop as there will be shadows and projection will get cut.

6 ERECTION OF THE DOME - WE WILL NEED THE BELOW LOCALLY FROM YOU AT COSTS ON YOUR ACCOUNT We will need a strong ( ZERO LEVEL PLATFORM ) to erect the Dome on. The size of the platform has to be bigger than the size of the Dome. The platform will have to have a very strong support below as the Genie will have be moving around during setup and dismantling and cleaning of the Dome and the platform has to take the weight of the Genie at all times. Kindly consult us for the same. Kindly Note the size of the Dome is of 25 meter diameter and 12.5 meter in height. Kindly Note - We will have to dig IRON PARAI S in the ground to support and secure the Dome. Kindly consult us on the same before booking the venue NO EXTRA WEIGHT WHAT SO EVER ON THE DOME RIG We will not allow any extra load on the Dome rig what so ever as the Dome rig is only meant for erection of the Dome. NO FIRE AND PYROTECHNICS INSIDE THE DOME We will not allow any kind of Fire or Pyrotechnics inside the Dome come what may due to safety and security reasons. FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT You will have to provide us with at least 10 Fire fighting cylinders with personal around the Dome for safety and security reasons. 1NOS CRANE is required OF 100 TO 150 FEET BOOM The above crane is required during setup and dismantling of the Dome 24 x 7 with operator. The Dome cannot be setup or dismantled without the crane. BEFORE BOOKING THE VENUE KINDLY SEE TO IT THAT THE CRANE HAS A PROPER PATH TO ENTER IN THE VENUE. 1NOS GENIE A Genie is required for setup and dismantling of the dome. It is also used to clean the Dome from the inside and the outside atleast 1day prior to the show. Kindly please send us service history of the crane and Genie you will block this is very important for safety and security reasons as there will be technicians on it. 1NOS SMALL WATER TANKER WITH A VERY LONG HOSE PIPE A Water tanker with a long hose pipe is needed to clean the Dome from inside and the outside we will need the same during erection of the Dome 2NOS IRON SCAFFOLDINGS 2 Iron Scaffoldings on wheels of height 40feet with complete platform on top to stand and support below. SETUP TIME AND REHEARSAL TIME

7 We will need the venue with ready platform to erect the Dome atleast 4 days prior to the event. For technicals aligning and mapping the projections will take 12 to 16 hours than rehearsal with content on the previous night of the event. DISMANTLING we will need 1 / 1/2 days. We will need gensets, refreshments, snacks, all meals at the venue from the time of arrival till departure. 3NOS 125 KV GENERATORS We will require 3 x 125 kv generators ( CUMMINS MAKE PREFERABLE SOUND PROOF )for Projectors, Sound and Lights during aligning of Projectors, rehearsals and show. SERVER ROOM - AIR CONDITIONED WITH LOCK An air conditioned waterproofed Server Room with proper locking system very near to the Dome will have to be provided to us of size 24 x 24 feet with table, chairs, around 10 plug points ( earthing is very important ) Fridge stocked with water, juices, cold drinks, Red bull etc. We will need snacks like Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, as there will be foreign crew also. Kindly note the server room has to be air-conditioned, waterproofed with locking system else we will not setup servers in the room without which we cannot run the show. SOUND PROOF CHILLER AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM You will have to provide us with Chiller air conditions for the Dome - PLEASE ASK FOR TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FROM US. AIR CONDITIONS HAVE TO BE IN USE ATLEAST ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT FROM MORNING. There are specialised duct opening in our Dome for Air-condition system. If you want us to arrange for the Air condition we will arrange at an additional costs to you. TRAVEL, STAY AND REFRESHMENTS FOR THE TEAM We will need atleast 4 to 5 return International air tickets from Europe. We will need atleast 10 to 12 return domestic air tickets from Mumbai and around 8 train or bus tickets from Mumbai All international crew and senior technicians will stay in the same 5 or a 4 star hotel. All other technicians and crew will stay in a 3 star hotel. All hotels will have to be near the Venue itself as will have to work full night. WE WILL REQUIRE 2 INNOVA S 24 X 7 WITH US AT ALL TIMES AT OUR DISPOSAL ONLY. REKI OF THE VENUE. You will have to provide us with air travel and stay during Reki of the venue. 1 PERSONEL FROM YOURSIDE 24 X 7 We will need one personal from your side 24 x 7 from time of setup to dismantling to liaise and communicate with us throughout for uninterrupted work.

We will need gensets, refreshments, snacks, all meals at the venue from the time of arrival till departure.

8 SIGNING OF OUR CONTRACT On confirmation you will need to sign a detailed contract along with payment of 100% advance. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS 100% ADVANCE WILL HAVE TO BE WIRE TRANSFERRED INTO OUR ACCOUNT ONLY. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ANY CREDIT. THE DOME AMOUNT AND TRANSPORTATION AMOUNT WILL HAVE TO PAID 100% IN ADVANCE. ONLY BEFORE THE DOME LEAVES FOR YOUR DESTINATION.
