1 For Centralized Registration, Please type website address (URL) as Fresh registration Id Creation Online Form Filling Multiple documents Upload and submit. Primary Level Verify and approval by the three level officer/ authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation for downloading their Eligibility certificate. Contractor downloads their respective Eligibility certificate. Contractor submit Registration fees online and submit FDR, Scanned copy of FDR Details also. Final Level Verify and approval by the three level Officer/ authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation for downloading their Registration certificate. Contractor can download his/her certificate by using ID & Password. If rejected at primary level then contractor will have to create new Contractor Id & Follow the same procedures stated above.

2 Category Up gradation registration Use Existing Id & Password(Credentials) Upload single work related document and remaining documents in case of A, B category Primary Level Verify and approval by the three level officer/ authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation for downloading their Eligibility certificate. Contractor downloads their respective Eligibility certificate. Contractor submit desired Registration fee online and submit desired FDR, Scanned copy of FDR Details also. Final Level Verify and approval by the three level officer/ authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation for downloading their up graded Registration certificate. If the contractor rejected by the primary level authority then the existing details will be rollback automatically in earlier status. Contractor can apply again for up gradation & Follow the same procedures stated above. At present only Civil Up gradation possible not Electrical.

3 Renewal registration Use Existing Id & Passwrod(Credentials) Upload single work related document Primary Level Verify and approval by the three level officers/ authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation. Contractor submit desired Registration fee online and submit desired FDR, Scanned copy of FDR Details also. Final Level Verify and approval by the three level officers/authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation for downloading their Renewed Registration certificate. If the contractor rejected by the primary level then the existing details will be rollback automatically in earlier status. Contractor can apply again for Renewal & Follow the same procedures stated above. For Renewal Contractor has to complete the entire process 1 month before the expiry date of certificate. Under one month Renewal case will not be entertained by the system. In that case contractor has to apply as a fresh once the certificate gets expired.

4 Electrical Class Addition Use Existing Id & Password(Credentials) Upload single Electrical License. Upload previous Five FY Electrical Work Related document, and submit. Submitted application redirected to Departmet end. & Submit hardcopy in Department. Final Level Verify and approval by the three level officer/ authorities. Finally approved Contractor gets SMS intimation for downloading their Registration certificate with work type Electrical/Civil. If the Contractor Rejected by the Department then he will be able to apply again. IF contractor rejected in Final level after submission of hard copy in FC/ Deptt. Then after correction in doc, Doc should be submitted again in respective Div/FC, EE send that doc with covering letter along with his file and correction made by head office then reg issued. Or he can also directly submitted that corrected doc to Head office for correction.
