3 1. General characteristics Totally clampable perimeter locking set based on the SALTO turn and tilt technology. We have 3 base sets which vary accding to the groove dimensions: N and n : - groove mm in vent section - groove mm in intermediate section - groove 10 to 14 mm in frame section N and n : - groove mm in vent section - groove mm in Intermediate section - groove 10 to 14 mm in frame section N and n : - groove mm in vent section - groove mm in intermediate section Base set numbers: - groove 10 to 14 mm in frame section = without pivot bypass connect 0 = without fixing screws 1 = fixing screws and rivnuts f the handle are included h = fixing screws and rivnuts f the handle and fixing screws f the pivots are included A, B, C, D, E, F G is determined by the width of the intermediate section = with pivot bypass connect 10 = without fixing screws 11 = fixing screws and rivnuts f the handle are included 12 = fixing screws and rivnuts f the handle and fixing screws f the pivots are included A, B, C, D, E, F G is determined by the width of the intermediate section The base sets are operated by series 502 and 5020 handles. Handles are not included in the base set. are suitable f series 2600 and 490 pivots. Pivots are not included in the base set. The system can be used f hizontal and vertical pivoting windows. The base sets are drawn with left hand handle: see page H If you use a right hand handle you have to assemble the base set mirr image. Handles Straight handles series 502 left hand = illustrated right hand = opposite view Order Fk code A mm F mm K mm throw K Rounded handles series 5020 left hand = illustrated right hand = opposite view Order Fk code A mm F mm K mm throw K The handles are available in different types: right hand handle (RIGHT), fixing holes out of centre (B), invisible fixing holes (VI), with cylinder (CYL), with fireman s axe handle (V) + grip n 505, with ventilation position (N). The standard type is left hand. A left hand handle is turned to the left to open the window. When dering please indicate the number of left hand and right hand handles. The fks are in steel zinc plated. Finish: grip and base in aluminium anodised polyester powder coated (me than 450 RAL colours). The handles n and n turn 180, all the others turn 150. 20 15. General infmation The centre locking sets series 4608, 4606 and 4603 can be used within the Fh/Fb sizes and weight limitations indicated on the chart below. The sets are made of non-croding materials. The set should not be installed in crosive atmospheres. Sobinco cannot be held responsible f the malfunctioning of the centre locking set if any non-sobinco parts are used. The surface treatment of vent and frame must take place befe assembly of the set, as this will affect the wking of the gear. All parts must be assembled accding to the instructions as described in previous pages. Glazing must be in accdance with national standards. The window and gear should be kept clean and lubricated in accdance with our maintenance instructions (copy available on request).
