This service was initiated to address international business relations. It is ideal for companies who require their staff to communicate in a foreign language with international business partners or clients. We offer language training courses in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch Swedish, Hungarian and Romanian as a foreign language. The courses include assistance and training for all types of communication including: reading, listening, writing and speaking. The emphasis can be directed toward either general or specific language skills. Our team of qualified experienced and native (in some cases) teachers deliver courses consisting of two or three hours meetings that can take place any time between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday. Classes can be arranged Monday to Friday between the hours of , depending on the availability of the participants. - Courses are delivered by our team of relevantly qualified teachers. All of our teachers follow a periodic teacher training and development programme supported by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examinations Board, with the majority of our teachers having obtained the qualification of LCCI Business Trainer. - Participants are placed into groups based on their current language level as determined by our preliminary test. - Prior to the start of the course, we will carry out a needs analysis, to determine the specific needs and study requirements of each group. - The course curriculum and content is then personalised according to the specific needs of each group/participant. - Course books (original) are specialised for each course and offered to each participant. -At the end of each module there is a Final Test, followed by a Progress Report offered to the organising representative of your company. IN ORDER FOR US TO ORGANISE AN IN HOUSE LANGUAGE TRAINING COURSE, WE WILL NEED YOU TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 1. The number of employees you would like to involve in the programme. 2. Any possible specific needs of the group/participant. 3. A proposed course schedule (Monday-Friday 8am- 9pm) 4. The overall length of the study programme (how many modules?) 5. The time needed to prepare the necessary documentation for the course ( collaboration contract, enrolment forms for each participant, and release of the invoice for the first module) 6. Actual development of the courses. The Progress Report will be sent to the organising representative of your company at the end of each module, along with a Certificate of Participation for each participant. The certificates are approved by the Romanian Association for Quality Language Services, QUEST Romania (accredited by the Romanian Ministry of Education & Research, OM/2133/ ) and are issued to all participants that have attended a minimum of 70% of the classes and obtained a minimum score of 50% in the final test. Should you opt for a programme of multiple modules, it is possible to arrange a break before continuing on to the next level. 3 INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES & QUALIFICATIONS - ENGLISH & GERMAN - Our organisation has been an accredited LCCI examination and vocational certification centre (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) since Having an extensive experience in the field of international examinations, we offer companies nationwide the possibility of obtaining internationally accredited language certificates that can also been specialised in different subjects relevant for the world of business. English for Business This examination is aimed at candidates for whom establishing and sustaining English speaking business relationships is essential, and at those considering relocation to an English-speaking country. The skills attained at this level should be sufficient for the candidate to participate in all complex areas of business. Level 3 is generally the standard required for entry to English-speaking universities. The qualification consists of a mandatory reading and writing exam and optional speaking and listening exams.the qualification is closely aligned to the Common European English for Commerce The Certificate in English for Commerce helps candidates to develop their reading, writing, listening and speaking in a commerce context. It is intended for people who are able to communicate in the medium of general commercial/industrial topics with only minimal assistance or supervision.the examination includes a written and oral evaluation, that can be taken separately. Within the written evaluation, candidates will produce texts relevant to the commercial/industrial field, official letters referring to a typical problem in the field of business or transactions. The oral evaluation includes a dialogue about a general topic related to the field of commerce and industry. English for Tourism This examination is designed for candidates who wish to be able to communicate effectively, in written English, at a customer liaison or at a professional level within the hospitality, travel and tourism industry intended for staff involved in administrative and managerial roles in the field, such as agency representatives, airline and hotel workers, tourist information centre employees or tour-operator s, who are in contact with the public, Level 1 of the examination reflects skills that are most frequent in the tourist industr y. Level 2 is aimed at professionals responsible for administrative or managerial duties in the field. EFT consists of a written and oral component. English for Accounting The Award in English for Accounting helps students to develop and demonstrate their English language skills in the context of book-keeping and accounting. The qualification is intended for non-native English speakers working or intending to work in an accounts related function where they have to communicate using book-keeping and accounting vocabulary and terminology in English at CEF B2 level. German for Business This examination is aimed at candidates who are in contact with German native speakers at their work place. The main abilities tested are the written skills in the context of formal correspondence and communication in a business context. Successful candidat es have to communicate efficiently, with minimum assistance, in usual business situations. This examination consists in a written evaluation. The German for Business examination is available at four levels: Preliminary, and levels 1, 2 and Levels - all examinations are internationally accredited and valid for life A2 Elementary B1 Pre- Intermediate - the LCCI certificates are known worldwide and sought after by employers due to the practical and relevant character of the subjects evaluated - are much more affordable than other similar international examinations available in Romania - they test the 4 skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking - optional component) B2 Post- Intermediate - examinations are time-effective, as they can even be offered In-House at the company s headquarter, regardless of its location in case if a larger group of employees wish to take a particular exam ination, thus they will not have to travel to the location of the examination - offer the possibility of scheduling on-demand examination sessions anytime, outside the 3 series examination dates (only for a low on-demand cost of 250 RON/examination session, regardless of the number of candidates ).
