It is necessary to respect visa requirments! All riders and attendants must present confirmation of their health insurance. Organisation CZECH CYCLING TOUR is organised by TTV Sport Group s.r.o. Heinemanova 2695/6 Praha 6, tel.: , The race is run completelly under UCI rules. The race includes 4 stages is organised on August 13th 16th, Race The race is opened for riders in category Men Elite (ME) and Men U23 (MU) The race is registered on UCI EUROPE TOUR calender The race is registered in class 2.1. According to article points for UCI Europe Tour individual classification are awarded as follows: a) General individual classification: 80,56,32,24,20,16,12,8,7,6,5,3 points for 1st 12th place b) Stage individual classification: 16,11,6,5,4,2 points for 1st 6th place c) Wearing the race leader s jersey per stage: 8 points For team trial stage article applies. The points on the scale in point b) shall be awarded to the team. These points shall be divided equally between the riders counting for the team classification. All additional riders finishing in the same time shall receive an equal number of points to those of their classified team-mates. Calculations shall be made to one hundredth of a point. 3. Participation According to article of UCI rules the race is opened for: World Teams,UCI professional continental teams, UCI continental teams, National teams. According to article of UCI rules is the number of starting riders per team set to 5 at minimum and 7 at maximum. 4. Starting order for team time trial Starting order for the first stage (team time trial) will be set in an opposite order according to the following criteria (team of the winner of the general individual classification in 2014 starts as the last) 1. Team of the winner of the general individual classification in 2014 (if the winner is on the start) 2. World Teams according to UCI WordTour classification 3. UCI continental teams according to the last published UCI teams classification National teams their starting order will be defined by commissaires Starting interval for all teams is 2 minutes During team time trial are all teams allowed to provide mechanical assistance from their mechanical vehicles. The UCI rules art shall be respected. 6. Radio-Tour RADIO-TOUR will be broadcasted on frequency UHF 448,490 MHz. 7. Neutral mechanical assistance For mass start stages the organiser provides 3 neutral mechanical vehicles Shimano Longus Oslany SK 8. Last 3 km rule a) In case of duly noted fall, puncture or mechanical incident in the last 3 km of stages 2, 3 and 4 (mass start stages) articles and will be applied b) In case of duly noted fall, puncture or mechanical incident after crossing the red triangle in the last kilometer before the finish of the first stage, that is organised as a team time trial, article will be applied. c) No stage is considered as a stage with a summit finish 9. Feeding zone for team time trial stage Feeding zone for team time trial stage is not established. Feeding during team time trial is forbidden. 10. Bonifications Bonifications are awarded according to articles as follows: a) Bonifications at the finish of stage 2, 3, and 4: 1st place 10 sec., 2nd place 6 sec. 3rd place 4 sec. In first stage no bonuses are awarded. b) Bonifications at intermediate sprints in stage 2, 3 and 4: 1st place 3 sec., 2nd place 2 sec. and 3rd place 1 sec The times from team time trial stage are recorded according to the art as follows: Classification from team time trial stage counts into general team classification and general individual classification. The time of the team is recorded when the 4th rider crosses the finish line. A) All riders from the team, who cross the finish line in the same time as the 4th rider, or in better time, will receive the time of the 4th rider. B) Riders who drop out and cross the finish line in worse time than 4th rider of the team, receive the real time in which they cross the finish line. Times mentioned above in point A) and B) count with precision on seconds into general individual classification. For general classification the fractions of seconds are not taken into account. Real time of the 4th rider of the team is accounted into general team classification.

4 11. Time limit For each stage the time limit is set to 15% of stage winner s time. For the first stage no time limit will be applied. In exceptional cases only, unpredictible and of force majeure, the commissaires panel may extend the finishing time limits after consultation with the organiser. In case riders out of time limit are given a second chance by the president of the commissaires panel, they shall have confiscated the equivalent points awarded to the winner of this stage to their individual general classifiaction by points even if their points total in this classification becomes negative. 12. Classifications Following classifications are registered during the race: A) General individual time classification, CEVRO Winner of this classification is the rider with lowest sum of times recorded during each stage, including bonifications and time penalties. In case of same times in general individual classification on time the tie will be broken by: a) sum of placings obtained in each stage b) better placing in the last stage ridden B) Points classification, Olomoucký kraj (Olomouc region) Points are awarded at the finish of each stage. Team Time Trial: points are not awarded Mass start stages: 1st 15th place: 25, 20, 16, 14, 12, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 a 1 point. Winner of this classification is the rider with highest sum of points. In case of a tie in the general individual classification by points, the following criteria shall be applied to separate the riders: 1. higher number of stage wins 2. better placing in the general individual classification by time Leader of this classification obtains the jersey and is required to start in this jersey C) King of mountains, Opel Consists of mountain primes. Points are awarded for first 5 riders: 5, 4, 3, 2 a 1 point. Winner of this classification is the rider with highest sum of points received in mountain primes. In case of a tie in the general individual mountains classification, the following criteria shall be applied to separate the riders: 1. higher number of first places in moutain primes 2. better placing in the general individual classification by time D) Best U23 rider, Lesy ČR Winner of this classification is the best placed rider in the general individual classification on time, the year of birth 1993 and younger. E) Best Czech rider, Media Walk Winner of this competition is the best placed czech rider in the general individual classification by time. F) Most active rider, Česká pošta The most active rider is annouced by the organiser after each stage. G) Team classification The team classification of the day shall be calculated on the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team. In case of a tie, the teams will be separated by: 1. better sum of places aquired by their three best times on the stage

5 2. better placing of their best rider on the stage classification The team general classification will be calculated on the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team in each stage ridden. In the event of a draw, the following criteria shall will be applied until the teams are separated: 1.number of first places in the daily team classification 2.number of second places in the daily team classification etc. If there is still a draw, the teams will be separated by the placing of their best rider in the general individual classification Any team reduces to fewer than three riders will be eliminated from the general team classification. Riders of the leading team in the general team classification are required to wear a distinctive sign provided by the organiser. 13. 6 Doping control Doping control will be carried out according to UCI Antidoping rules. Penalties The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable 17. Other A. Priority of jerseys If the rider is leading more than one classification, the order of priority of distinctive jersey will be as follows: 1. Yellow, 2. White-Blue, 3. Green, 4. White, 5. Blue The rider following next in the relevant classification is required to wear the jersey which is not being worn by the leader of that classification. B. Start numbers / transponders Each rider receives 2 body number, 1 frame number and transponder on the front fork. For Team Time Trial stage the riders are allowed to wear only one body number. The transponder has to be returned to the organiser after the race. In case of not returning the transponder a fine of 100 will be applied. C. Signing of starting sheets All riders are required to sign on the starting sheet before the start of the race according to the article The starting sheets will be at the start area 40 minutes before the start of each stage.
