The objectives of the competition Night run 2015 (hereinafter Competition) is conducted with the purpose of popularization and promotion of mass running events in Ukraine, as well as: the popularization and promotion of healthy lifestyles the development of mass sports the informing, educating, and motivating of the Ukrainian audience, to help in reaching personal and athletic goals, stimulating the growth of sporting achievements in the broad masses of the population of Ukraine 3. The organizers, patronage, sponsors The organizer of the competitions is LLC TOP RUN Under the patronage of: Kyiv Athletics Federation The organizer forms the organizing committee from among its staff, as well as attracting the highly qualified experts from different kinds of sport. The organizing committee approves the "Regulations" of the competition.

Meet Referee Konstantin Lebediev The organizing committee approves the Regulation on the competition, as well as making additions and changes in Regulation. 4. The basic rules of the Competition Competitions fully complies with the Technical rules: In track and field competitions: The International Association of Athletics Federations (ІААF), Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), Ukrainian Athletic Federation (FLAU), the Technical regulations and the relevant decision of the organizer of the competition. The organizer of the competitions has the right to make changes in the program of the competition. Basic rules The organizer of the competitions has the right to make changes in the program of the competition (before or during) because of force majeure. Rules and General conditions is an official document that acts under the rights of the contract between the organizer and the Competitor. Any suggestions, corrections and additions to this document are received on the of the organizer of the competition: Health Each participant voluntarily participates in competitions, recognizing all probable risks to their health during and after the competition. Each participant assumes personal responsibility for his physical condition and ability to complete a chosen distance for the competitions. 5. The costs of organizing and conducting the competitions The event is held on a business financing by the company LLC TOP RUN, by attraction of sponsors and partners, and also at the expense of entry fees of the participants. The cost of travel, accommodation and meals shall be organized by sending organization or by the participants and the organizers will provide special conditions for the hotels by providing affordable prices for accommodation.

3 6. The program of the race The opening of the competitions town : 16:00, July 25, 2015 Issuing of the starter packs for participants of the race at 5 km : July 25, 2015 from 16:00 to 21:00. Issuing of the starter packs for participants of the race at 10 km: July 25, 2015 from 17:00 to 22:00. The start of the race at 5 km: July 25, 2015, 21:30 The start of the race at 10 km: July 25, 2015, 22:30 Winners award: 23:50 The closing of the competitions town : July 26, 2015, 00:00 7. Conditions of admission to the competitions The participant is allowed to the competitions after performing of the documents while issuing starter package: - Identity card, proof of age of participant (required for all participants); - A document certifying the participant's right to free participation in the Competition or some benefits as for paying the entry fee. - Foreign citizens are obliged to provide a medical insurance which covers participation in sports competitions. For participants of 14 years old and younger, the age must be proofed by the parents or authorized attendants (coach, teacher, etc.). In the case of identity card absence race number and participant's package is not issued. The competition is open to participants aged 14 years old. The age of the participant determined as of the date of the race according to the provided documents: July 25, The total limit of participants at all distances is Route and track Competitions track is laid in Kyiv, Covering of the tracks: 97% asphalt, 3% cobbles; common drop of heights increments -128 meters.

4 9. Registration for the competition Competitors are permitted to compete just after proper and timely registration for the competition. There is online registration on the website of the organizer of the competition kyivnightrun.org Electronic registration will be open from to Registration will not be held on the day of the race. Organizer of the competitions has the right to suspend or terminate the registration without notice in the case of reaching the limit of participants. The participant is considered to be registered when he filled out the application and paid the entry fee. Registration fee paid by the competitor shall not be refunded under any circumstances, for example: if a competitor is unable to participate in competitions, to complete your chosen distance, not keep within the set time limit, and if a participant is disqualified or competition is cancelled due to force majeure, etc. Registration of the participant is cancelled when they give inaccurate and/or erroneous data. In case of cancellation of registration there is no refund. Paid registration cannot be cancelled and/or changed to another person and the entry fee will not be refunded. 10. Entry fee The entry fee is: Up to the 5 th of July UAH. From July 6 to June UAH. The entry fee does not include the fees for money transfer. Payment of the entry fees by the participants is provided by the electronic payment on the organizer's website runukaine.org. 11. Refund of entry fee The refund of money paid as the registration fee, is not made in accordance with the public offer Agreement that is accepted by participant after registration to the event. 12. Personal data Each participant gives his permission on using of his personal data, photo, video or audio with his participation and without his consent to publicize the event without any compensation from the organizer of the competition. All photos and videos of competitions available to the organizer of the competition may be used by the organizer of the competition as supporting documents confirming the accuracy of the results of the competition and cases of violation of competition rules. 13. Starting packages, receiving of the starter packs

5 Starting packages will be issued on July 25, 2015 on the address: IFC Gulliver, Sportyvna Square 1A Starter package of the participant of the night run includes: - Start number; - electronic chip to confirm the result. - Аlashlight; - Package for putting things in the storage chamber; - Number for getting the package with things from the storage; - The water at the finish and on the feeding station; - Route map; - The official bracelet of the event. - Music festival Additional products and services that may be purchased by the participants: - official t-shirt of the event; The participant must receive the ordered goods on the day of issue of the starter package. On the day of the starter package issuing, the ownership of the goods passes to the participant, regardless of that, he will be present on event or not. In the case of the participant s absence, then the organizers will cover the safety of the goods within one calendar month from the day of the race. During this month, you can get it directly from the organizers or arrange delivery of goods by post at your expense. After the expiration of one calendar month from the day of the race from the organizers will be not responsible for the safety of the product and they have the right to dispose it at any time. Competitors receive starter packs personally after providing of the starting sheet and the identity document. Competitor, who has not had the opportunity to participate in the competition, can get a starter pack within 10 working days after the competition at the office of the organizer of the competition, informing him via [email protected]. Or with a request to send a start packet to the specified address. Delivery of starter packs is provided at the expense of the customer. If it is possible, the organizer attracts partners to provide free delivery. 14. Results and its records The event is serviced by: - Electronic timekeeping system; - By judges using manual timing only the first 10 participants. The organizing Committee does not guarantee getting of the individual results of each participant in the following cases: - Participant attached the number incorrectly; - Participant ran with someone else's number; - Starting number is torn, crushed, etc.; - Electronic chip has been demagnetized, torn, crushed, etc.; - Loss of numbers. After running the distance starting number must be in the form in which it was issued. It is strictly forbidden to remove, close and damage it (to cut, bend, etc.). Organizer of the competitions must post a preliminary Protocol of the competition not later than the next day after the competition on the website kyivnightrun.org

6 Competitors may challenge the preliminary results within 5 calendar days after the publication of the preliminary results by of the organizer of the competition: [email protected]. At the expiration of this period, the preliminary results of the competition (with amendments, if needed) are considered to be final. 15. Time limit Each track of the competition is determined by the time limit: In the run at 10 km - 1 hour 20 minutes; In the run at 5 km - 40 minutes. Competitors who do not adhere to the time limit are removed from the race and may go outside of the track (sidewalks, pedestrian paths, etc.), observing traffic rules of Ukraine. 16. Feeding stations Feeding stations are located on the 5 th kilometer, there are wather, medical care, the help of volunteers 17. Welfare beneficiaries Benefits are not provided. 18. The winners and prize-winners Finding of the winners and prize-winners of Competitions among athletes is held according to the paragraph No (IAAF rules). 19. Winners award At the distance of 10 and 5 km are awarded winners from 1st to 3rd place in men and women in the absolute superiority. The winners receive prizes. 20. Protests and claims. Deadlines for protests and claims submission The participant has the right to submit a protest or claim, which is considered by a panel of judges, composed of: the chief justice, senior judge of the start / finish area and the chief Secretary. Protests and claims are: - Protests and claims that affect the distribution of prizes; - Protests and complaints regarding inaccuracies in the measurement of time in which the participant ran the distance; - Protests and claims relating to disqualification of participant for unsportsmanlike behavior. Other claims can be ignored by the Commission in view of their insignificance (this includes typos, incorrect personal data, etc.). To submit the claim you must specify the following information:

7 - Surname and name (anonymous claims will not be considered); - The essence of the claim (what is the claim); - Materials that prove the fault (photos, videos). The data from individual timing device will not be considered. Claims will be accepted only from competitors or from third parties who are official representatives of the participants. Deadlines and rules for protests and claims submission: Protests and claims that affect the distribution of prizes in the absolute superiority, are accepted by the jury in writing or orally form since the announcement of the winners and before the official ceremony. The distribution of prizes after the awards ceremony may be reviewed by a panel of judges only when revealing the facts of infringement by the winner of the current rules, if the violations were not possible to find before the awards ceremony. The decision on the revision of the prizes is taken by the event Director. On other issues the participant has the right to submit the protest or claim in the period of 3 calendar days since the end of the Competition. A protest or claim must be sent in writing to the address [email protected]. 21. Disqualification The panel of judges has the right to disqualify a participant if: - Competitor ran under the registered number of another participant; - Competitor has closed the distance; - Competitor ran the distance, which had not been declared; - Competitor has been using improvised means of transportation (Bicycle, scooter, motor for movement, etc.); - Competitor started the race before the official start; - Competitor started the race after the closing of the start zone; - Competitor reached the finish after the closing of the finish zone; - Competitor started the race not from the start zone; - Competitor escaped without official number of the Competition; - Competitor showed unsportsmanlike behavior. 22. Business trip certificates The mark about the business trip will be made by representative of the company LLC TOP RUN on the Business trip certificates just after receiving of participant's package the day before the competition. 23. Information sources Detailed information about the competition is available on the official website The organizing committee is not responsible for information on other information resources.
