The Organizing Committee has the right to disqualify anyone who does not obey the grid assigned or that does not follow properly the instruction of the staff. Those who delay will start from the last grid. Courses: 2 Long Route: km 141 difference in height m The Long Route is valid as qualifying event for UCI World Cycling Tour - Amateur Road World Championships for Age Groups Women and Men (19-34; 35-39; 40 44; 45 49) Feeding Zone: Ville di Giovo, Ravina, Garniga Terme, Viote, Sarche, Lon, Sopramonte, Candriai, Vaneze, Vason Medium Route: km 57 difference in height m The Medium Route is valid as qualifying event for UCI World Cycling Tour - Amateur Road World Championships for following Age Groups Women and Men 50+ (50 54; 55 59; 60 64; 65+): Feeding Zone: Ville di Giovo, Piedicastello, Sardagna, Candriai, Vaneze, Vason The courses are valid as italian stage of UCI World Cycling Tour - Amateur Road World Championships (The UWCT-Corporation will keep records of the 25% first athletes of each age groups). The UCI World Cycling Tour Amateur Road World Championships in Denmark Aalborg Hobro. 1. Participations and Ethical Requirement: Open to all adult male and female riders. Professionals and cyclists of the Elite group who have a Professional or a Continental contract in the last two years ( ) are not admitted to the race. For females the same rule applies. U23 and Elite without contract can participate to the Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, but not before the age of 25. Professionals can be admitted exclusively for promotional purposes and subject to invitation by the Organizing Committee and may not take part in any way in the rankings. Minors over 16 (sixteen), older than 65 (sixtyfive) and touristriders may also just enter for the medium distance and can not run the long course. The 2015 Legendary Charly Gaul is by invitation and the Organising Committee may decide at any time whether to accept or not accept the enrollment or to exclude at any time an enrolled contestant for the event that may damage the image of the event (such as participants who have been disqualified for the use of drugs). The cyclists who have not regularly registered for the race cannot join the groups, on pain of exclusion. In the event of an accident, they will be reported in accordance with the law. In order to pick up your race number, you must show your original membership card. Sports team may submit a collective application. Their race numbers and packages may be picked up only by the head of the group and only upon showing the original membership cards or licenses of all the cyclists.

2 For single registrations the starting number needs to be picked-up personally by showing the cycling license 2015 and an original valid ID (identity card, passport or driving license) and on handing over a copy of the medical certificate. No copies of ID's or other ID's allowed. A pickup from third parties is not accepted. For those who do not have a valid memberships card or license, must undersign a Statement about Ethic Requirements (attach nr. 1 below) and to show a valid medical certificate in order to buy a daily license of the Italian Federation at the cost of euro 15,00 for an extra insurance. Ethical Requirement: By signing and submitting the registration form, the athlete, in accordance with the President of his team, certifies that there are no sporting sanctions, civil and/or criminal investigations against him for facts relating to doping. The athlete declares therefore not have taken - and not to take - substances included in the list of UCI, the National and International Olympic Committee and the Doping Agency - World Anti- Doping Agency (WADA) ( Prohibited-list/2013/-WADA-Prohibited-List-2013-EN.pdf). A false self-certification will be prosecuted according to law. In case of non-negativity in doping controls carried out at La leggendaria Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone (16/19 July 2015), which means the athlete will be found positive between 6 (six) months after the Granfondo, Mediofondo and/or Time Trial La Leggendaria Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, the participant is required to pay to the Organizing Committee, as compensation for the damages to the image of the event, the total amount of 50,000 ( fifty thousand/00). If belonging to a sports club, it will be firmly bound for the payment of such penalty. 2. Registration: On the website and with payment by bank transfer or debit/credit card. The payment fees are shown in the payment procedure and are at the expense of the participants. 3. If a withdrawal is announced before 12th July 2015, the only participation fee can be transferred to For 2015's participation it is made compulsory to fill in a new module and send back by paying the difference of participation-fee Rights and duties of the cyclists: For those who do not want to compete for the qualification at the UCI World Cycling Tour - Amateur Road World Championships can decide which route they want to perform also after the start. We kindly ask when enrolling to the race to specify which route you are going most to perform. All participants must obey the rules of the road. Check points are set along the routes, from start to finish. Timing shall be measured using the electronic system at start, finish and at several intermediate posts along the route. The electronic controls are peremptorily compulsory both at the start and on the different routes. The cyclists that will anticipate the start or will not be checked at the start will not be considered and won t appear on the official list. Please be aware that the cyclists who are overtaken by the car marked as "fine corsa" ( End of the race ) will continue the race just as amateurs and will keep the starting number on the back. In this case, the participant is warned that the stretch of road is open to traffic. Carry the number on the handlebar including the transponder and a number on the back provided by the organisation. The format of these numbers may not be changed. Use the approved hard helmet fastened throughout the race. Timing: Sdam/Champion Chip via Pacitto, 6/A Alberi di Vigatto (PR) info@sdam.it Before the start (at 8 am from from Piazza Duomo in Trento) make sure that you have a valid chip. The Sdam/Championchip Staff will be on disposal at the arrival to gather the chip till 5.30 pm of 19th July The rent is 5,00 with a deposit of 10,00. Checkpoints: Start, along the routes, arrival. 6 Time limit: Gran fondo: 5.00 pm (Gate h am Viote) Medio fondo: 3.00 pm (Gate h am Trento Ponte S. Lorenzo) The times of detour could be edited to protect cyclists safety. Further gates could be positioned on discreption of the Organizing Committee. Rigid Helmet: compulsory Cape: compulsory Repair kit: compuslory Medical Service: There will be some ambulances with doctors and nurses following the race and there will also be a fixed point for first aid at the arrival Road traffic: For what concerns to the regulation in force, the Art. 9 of the new Italian highway code will be followed. The roads will be closed to the traffic for 15 minutes. The cyclists that will transit after the end race car must have to follow the rules of the highway code. During the race the traffic will be open and the highway code has to be followed. The Asd Charly Gaul Internazionale and the whole Organizer Committee refuse any responsibility for what could happen before, during and after the event. They refuse any responsibility also for facts which involve cyclists or other people. For what is not specified in the current regulation F.C.I. is to be considered. As regards the matters envisaged by the regulations in force, safety issues shall comply with the provisions of Art. 9 of the new Italian Highway Code. Roads shall be closed to traffic for 15. Any cyclists transiting behind the end race car shall be required to comply with the rules of the Highway Code. The cyclists not regularly enrolled that will join the race before the arrival of the end race car will be denounced to the authorities. No vehicle (scooters, motorcycles, cars, a.s.o.), except for those authorised by the organisation, are allowed to follow the cyclists. Penalty: immediate exclusion from the race. Mechanical Assistance: The assistance of private vehicles (except from those who are authorised by the organisation) following the race is strictly prohibited, under penalty of disqualification of the athlete. Antidoping: Cyclists subject to penality are not be allowed to race. Possible antidoping checks will be at Hotel Montana in Vason-Monte Bondone. Cancellation of the event: If the event has to be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances there is no refund of the entry fee but the organisation reserve the right to start in 2016 after completing the registration procedure as requested for coming edition. Protests: Any protests must reach the jury before the specified deadline, together with the fee as laid down in the Italian Cycling Federation regulations. Copyright: by enrolling in the event, the cyclist explicitly authorizes the organizers to use free-of-charge the still and/or motion pictures that will be taken during participation in The Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone. The organizers may transfer the rights to these imagines, as specified in this agreement, to their institutional and commercial partners. The cyclists authorization to use his/her image is understood to be for an unlimited time as prescribed by all applicable laws, regulations and agreements, with no territorial limits in any part of the world and for commercial use in publications and videos such as (but not limited to) promotional and advertising materials, on any type of data support.

7 Declaration of responsibility: Each enrolled cyclist must accept the terms of the following declaration, which is printed on the application form for the event. If the participant is under 16 years old, the following terms must be accepted and signed by one of his/her parents: I hereby affirm that I am aware of and will comply with the regulations of The 2015 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, as published on the website and in accordance with applicable F.C.I. regulations, that I will be 16 years old on the date of The 2015 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, and that I possess a medical certificate for competitive sports that will be valid on July 19th. I am aware that participation in The 2015 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone and/or sports events in general carries possible risks. I also state that I am enrolling of my own free will and that I accept all the risks deriving from my participation in this event, including falls; collisions with vehicles, other participants, viewers or of any other kind; weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and/or humidity; traffic and road conditions; and any other well-known risk I have duly considered. Since I am aware of the above, and in consideration of the acceptance of my application, I on my own behalf and on behalf of no other person or institution hereby relieve the Organizing Committee of The 2015 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, promotional organizations, the A.S.D. Charly Gaul Internazionale amateur sports association, the Azienda per il Turismo Trento, Monte Bondone, Valle dei Laghi Tourist Board, the municipalities lying along the cycling routes, the provincial government (Provincia Autonoma di Trento), all the sponsors of the event and their representatives and successors; and the officials, managers, members, agents and employees of the above organizations from all current or future claims or responsibilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, deriving from my participation in this event. Once my application for The 2015 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone has been accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded, even if the event is canceled (except under the conditions described in the regulation). I authorize the above organizations to make any use, free-of-charge, of the pictures, recordings, videos, images on web sites and any other promotional and/or advertising material - on any support - that refers to my participation to this event. Privacy: Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June 30, 2003, you are hereby informed that: a) the information contained in the application form is required for registration, for preparing the list of the participants, for the standings, for archiving, for offering the services stated in the regulations and for sending information and promotional materials on the Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone or on its partners; b) failure to provide the above information on the application form will result in your exclusion from the event; c) your rights are listed in article 7 of the above mentioned Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03. At any time, you have the right to verify, modify or cancel your personal information free-of-charge by writing to ASD Charly Gaul Internazionale Piazza della Portella Trento, Italy. Important Notice: the Organizing Committee riserve the right to modify these regulations at any time and for any reason that it considers appropriate for better organizing the race. For everything that is not contemplated by these regulations, the general rules issued by the National Amateur Cycling Commission of the F.C.I. (Italian Cycling Federation) apply. 8 STATEMENT Daily registration cards and registration of foreign participants I, the undersigned.., born in. on.(date of birth) resident in.province/state.. (specify the Nation if foreigner) (address)..n ; ID N.(photocopy to be enclosed), being a member of the ASD (Amateur Sport Group), accept and fully share the aforementioned Sport Group s statute and that I am committed to respect it. I also state that I will fully comply with the statutory, staff, disciplinary, technical, and regulation rules of the Body to which the aforementioned Sport Group is affiliated. Furthermore, I declare that: - I have not been tested positive for doping, in case of planned or surprise tests approved by the U.C.I., the National and International Olympic Comittee and the WADA, and I have never refused to undergo any planned or surprise anti doping tests and/or healthprevention tests; - I have not been found with altered values of the biological parameters monitored in Biological Passport, in compliance with the W.A.D.A. and U.C.I. current regulations, without having demonstrated an actual genetic and/or physiological condition that would explain the alteration of the parameter/s; - I have not been found in possess of any medications or any biologically or pharmacologically active forbidden substances, or any substances subject to usage limitations in compliance with the anti doping laws and regulations in force without a plausible, circumstantial and documented justification and, in any case, without medical prescription; - I have never carried out medical practices that were not justified with documented pathological or therapeutic conditions, aiming or suitable to change the outcome of antidoping tests concerning the usage of forbidden medications; - I have not been sanctioned by Sporting and/or Ordinary Justice, for a period of time longer than six (6) months, for reasons related to doping; - I am not in the temporal conditions which do not allow the enrolment as amateurs cyclists (pursuant to resolution n. 6 dated CNC) that is: Athletes with a contract as professionals (Elite with contract): 4 years after the last year of the contract; Elite athletes without a contract: for the 2 years following the last membership in the category; U23 athletes: for the 2 years following the last membership in the category; U23 athletes with an only year of membership in the category: for 1 year following the last membership in the category; Women Elite for the 2 years following the last membership in the category.
