5 CARRIAGES MADE OF AISI 304 FOR HIGH THICKNESS GLASS - MOD: GIUMAX 9500 MODEL GIUMAX 9500 Sliding system design made of AISI 304 steel, consisting of a sliding mechanism with staggered rollers placed on a track with a half-round section and flat base. The extremely versatile system is made up of a basic kit with 2/3 grooved rollers plus 1/2 Ø70 mm flat rollers up to a variable amount requested by the customer. Another innovation is the locking system of the glass panel via an optional feature that prevents the carriage from sliding back at end stop. Bar finish: satin-finished steel Accessories finish: mill finish The Kit includes: 2 grooved rollers plus 1 flat one per door, a choice of a 2, 3 or 4 m long track with its relevant ceiling connections, floor guide profile/s, optional locking bracket. To position the centre of the first ceiling connection (art. GLMATS) one must consider a distance B (recommended 113 mm) from the side edge of the opening and depending on the thickness of the glass panel one must come away from the wall by a distance A equal to: glass 12 mm A = 81 mm (minimum) glass 12.7 mm A = 82 mm (minimum) glass 13.5 mm A = 83 mm (minimum) glass 15 mm A = 84 mm (minimum) glass 17.5 mm A = 87 mm (minimum) These are the recommended indications. The position of the other connections depends on the choice of the pre-drilled bar. This applies only if one observes the position of the track. To determine the width of the glass panel, proceed as follows: measure the width of the opening and add 80 mm.
