ITINERARY FRIDAY, JANUARY 22 REGISTRATION RESIDENT PACKAGES ONLY Depart for Dallas/Ft. Worth or Love Field. Welcome to Dallas, home of NCA! Hotel check-in cannot be guaranteed until after 4:00pm. Event Check-in and Practice will take place at the. *All Resident Package teams will receive priority practice times at the. COACHES MEETINGS NCA will offer multiple meetings to all coaches to wrap up any last minute championship questions you may have on check-in day. ONE COACH PER TEAM IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND! CHAMPIONSHIP CHECK-IN All coaches must check-in at the NCA Welcome Desk located at the on Friday, January 22, 12:00pm to 8:00pm. All teams can sign up for a practice time with Resident Package Teams given first preference. SATURDAY, JANUARY 23 Preliminary Competition for all performance divisions will be at the. Finals for Game Time will take place on Jan. 23. Note: Game Time categories compete once. Doors are tentatively scheduled to open one hour prior to the first performance. SUNDAY, JANUARY 24 Final Competition for all divisions will be at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Please note: if you re flying, do NOT book return flights earlier than 8:00pm. *Due to enrollments, all times are subject to change. ACCOMMODATIONS Additional room nights at the NCA Host Hotels may be purchased at the below rates. Make note of any additional room nights on the event rooming list and/or the registration form. Your invoice will reflect these additional charges. Additional room nights at the Omni Dallas: $235 per room, per night, tax included. Additional room nights at the Hyatt Dallas: $209 per room, per night, tax included. Unless otherwise noted, the Omni Hotel will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once this block is full, all other Resident Packages will be assigned to the Hyatt. Please read the Housing Policy on the following page if you are NOT utilizing one of NCA s Host Hotels. TRANSPORTATION A & I Travel is a team of dedicated travel consultants that will help your arrange your group s travel. A & I Travel will negotiate group pricing on your preferred airline and provide fare comparisons for up to five airlines. 2 NCA TEAM PLACEMENT PROGRAM This program was put in place for all traveling teams utilizing hotel rooms while attending the NCA Senior & Junior High School National Championship. Being recognized as an official citywide event and capturing the room nights derived from this event are crucial for future date selection and venue availability through the Dallas Sports Commission and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Connections Housing is the official, and only, housing company for NCA & NDA Championship housing. Teams that attend the 2016 NCA Senior and Junior High School National Championship in January are required to utilize NCA resident packages or book rooms through Connections Housing in order to participate. NCA & NDA has authorized no other company to book housing for groups attending 2016 Nationals. There will be no exceptions. Numerous hotels around Dallas/Fort Worth have been blocked for your ease and convenience in booking. If one payment is to be applied to more than one team, please indicate the amount to be credited to each team. Checks should be made payable to NCA. You may pay by school check, money order, cashier s check or credit card. Do not send cash or personal checks. Incomplete registrations will not be processed. Please be sure to complete all required forms prior to registration. For your convenience, you can now register online. Please confirm your division at nca.varsity.com. Within two weeks of receipt of your completed form(s) and deposit(s), you will receive an invoice and general information regarding the championship. Final payment is due in the NCA office on or before each due date noted in the event information. Payments not received by these dates will result in the team being automatically removed from the event, which will result in a complete forfeiture of all monies paid, according to cancellation deadlines for that specific event. NOTE: A $30 returned check fee will be charged for each insufficient funds check. Any payments received after the final payment date MUST be in the form of an official school check, cashier s check, money order, or credit card. Personal, school, or organization checks will not be accepted after the final payment date and will be returned.

4 IMPORTANT INFORMATION CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express may be used for payment. ONLY the amount specified on the registration form will be charged to your credit card. Final payment will ONLY be charged to your credit card per written request. Charges will be made as follows: Initial deposit on or before the designated deadline for your event. Balance due on the designated final payment deadline. For your convenience, a credit card authorization form has been included in this packet. NOTE: NCA will not keep credit card numbers on file after the charge has been processed. Additionally, If you want to add or change a credit card number, you must send the information in writing or fax to NCA. No credit cards will be taken over the phone. Individual credit card numbers will not be accepted for team members. LATE REGISTRATIONS If space is available, late registrations will be accepted after the designated deadlines by sending in the total amount due with your registration. If you are registering late, the full payment must be submitted in the form of an official school check, cashier s check, money order, or credit card. The standard cancellation policy will apply to all late registrations. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Notification of cancellations and request for refund must be made in writing, and ed or faxed to NCA. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Cancellations may be faxed to NCA at NCA is not responsible for faxes not received. All cancellations must be received during business hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm CST. If cancellation is not received during these hours, it will be dated the next business day. GENERAL CONDITIONS A & I Travel in Memphis, TN, maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant or other person or entity furnishing services, products or accommodations as part of this trip. All of these suppliers are independent contractors. A & I Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay inconveniences or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act of independent contractors, (2) by any defect in failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, (3) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of A & I Travel respectively, or (4) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of A & I Travel.

DIVISION CHANGE DEADLINES Teams making Division changes between January 4 & January 15 will be charged $500. NO DIVISION CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JANUARY 15. BALANCE All remaining balances are due by January 4, All payments made after January 4, 2016, must be in the form of a cashier s check, credit card or money order. No booster club and/or personal checks will be accepted after this date. DEPOSIT A $30 per person deposit is required at the time of registration.
