24 C) Technical Services Division A Division with both the resource and expertise to manage large Site teams with the complete skills to undertake all aspects of Installations, Fabrications & Maintenance. The Technical Services Division is an integral part of Arabi Company, which has grown since its establishment in 1982 into a highly diversified Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering Group consisting of three separate, independent and sub divisions are as follows:

25 C.1) Maintenance Section One hour down time can mean both a considerable loss in production and revenue for our customers. In the sweltering temperature of Kuwait s summer, a power loss or electromechanical failure can also cause intense discomfort. Our team of skilled service engineers and technicians ensure that the maintenance of equipment is planned to prevent any disruption of day to day operation. A large stock of spare parts is maintained to ensure that our crews can respond effectively and quickly to our customers calls for service. C.2) Fabrication Section From initial design to the final phase commissioning, the fabrication section is capable of taking jobs as diverse as the structural piping of tanks and vessels, to the manufacturing of booster pumps stations. No matter whether the project is of domestic or industrial size, our fully equipped workshops and fabrication areas are capable of producing quality products at speed.

26 C.3) Taxi Meter Section As per Kuwait Traffic Dept. rule that all taxi in Kuwait should install Taximeter in their cars, this section has been established to install, program and maintain the taximeters for taxis as per the MOI Traffic Dept. Specifications and Standards. C.4) Furmanite Leak Sealing Section Furmanite International Limited has developed various techniques for working on pressurized vessels and pipelines. Furmanite s On-Site Machining Service is geared to provide industry with fast, economical solutions to On-Site maintenance problems.
