1 THE MOUSE VALVE SERIES EV, ET, EC SERIES VALVES Like a mouse, this valve is quiet, quick, eats vey little (0.67 watts) and is cute. Valves accept low voltage, low cuent signals, convet them into high pessue (100 psig) pneumatic outputs. Optional low pessue/medium flow and low pessue/high flow ae availale. (The ai should e easonaly clean and dy fo optimum pefomance. Recommended filtation is 40 micon.) Valve caps ae of molded Hytel. Depending upon valve type, cap is: plain top on 2-way models with exhaust holes in cap on cetain 3-way models with fitting, as shown, fo 3-way N.O. styles fo N.C. exhaust (inlet when N.O.) Low powe coil uses only 0.67 watts at the ated voltage. Standad voltages include 6, 12 and 24. Othe voltages ae availale. Adjusting ing may e loosened fo positioning to oient connections. The Clippad spide is the only moving pat and its motion to opeate the valve is a mee tavel. Low voltage D.C. inputs, signals fom simple manual switching up to compute diected systems, move the spide in extemely fast esponse time milliseconds. The unit uses extemely low powe (0.67 watts at the ated voltage) and is cool unning. The valves ae light in weight, compact in physical size and mount easily in space-saving packages. Quick Connect Clippad ET valves featue spade lugs fo simple, quick secue low voltage connections. Wie cimp-on spade lug connectos ae availale sepaately to adapt electonic wiing whee necessay. Clippad oiginal EV type valves ae availale in popula voltages with 18 wie leads. The EC model utilizes a squae pin connecto. Easy Mount The complete line of EC, EV, and ET electonic valves ae availale with two mounting options. Standad ase #10-32 thd models have two 6-32 theaded, 7/32 deep mounting holes. Manifold models ae equipped with a ottom stud, 5/32 long with #10-32 thead, which fits Clippad standad and special manifolds, accessoy valves and suplates. 3 THE MOUSE VALVE SERIES EV, ET, EC SERIES VALVES ACCESSORIES 2020/2021 High Flow Valves Model 2020 and 2021 high flow valves ae piloted 3-way valves that wok with the Clippad EC, EV, and ET 3-way manifold valves. Output fom the EC, EV, o ET will actuate the valve and poduce output up to 22 SCFM at 100 psig. Piloted 4-way valves ae also availale as R-481 and R-482. EVB-2 & EVB-3 Booste Clippad EVB-2 & EVB-3 ooste valves mate with manifold mount EC, EV, and ET valves and manifolds to povide inceased flow. Diect piloting fom a Clippad EC, EV and ET valve povides a flow of up to 6.1 SCFM at 100 psig. Dual Supply Manifold Shown is the Clippad Dual Supply Manifold with two ET-3M electonic/pneumatic inteface valves. 1/8 NPT inlet is seen at the left of the manifold with the dual #10-32 pot s at the ight. Multi-Valve Manifolds Multi-valve manifolds ae availale in two lengths with eithe single o doule (top o top and ottom) ows of outputs fo vesatility in application. Input to all valves mounted on this manifold is though the manifold end. Outputs ae individual #10-32 pots fo hose a fittings and vinyl o uethane hose. To isolate powe fom the 25-pin connecto, use the powe souce selecto switch. NOTE: In applying powe on a tempoay asis, use cae to oseve pope cicuit polaity.
