The company is the world s seventh largest low-cost airline, and has a route portfolio that stretches across Europe into North Africa, the Middle East, Thailand and the US. With competitive prices and customer friendly solutions and service, the company has experienced significant growth over the previous years. Norwegian will have carried around 24 million passengers in The airline is the 3rd largest low-cost airline in Europe and has been awarded Best European Low-Cost Carrier by renowned SkyTrax twice in a row (2013 and 2014). The company currently has 17 operational bases: London (UK), Malaga (Spain), Las Palmas (Spain), Alicante (Spain), Tenerife (Spain), Barcelona (Spain), Madrid (Spain), Oslo (Norway), Bergen (Norway), Trondheim (Norway), Stavanger (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Helsinki (Finland). In spring 2013, Norwegian opened a base in Bangkok, the company s first base outside Europe, and during 2014, Norwegian opened its first bases in the US; in New York and Fort Lauderdale.

5 Fleet Norwegian operates one of the most modern and eco-friendly aircraft fleets in Europe. The fleet currently consists of 96 aircraft (as of January 2015); 84 Boeing s, 5 Boeing s and seven 787 Dreamliners. The average fleet age is approximately 4.6 years. In total, Norwegian has ordered a fleet of 17 long-haul aircraft. In January 2012, Norwegian placed an order of 222 new aircraft (Boeing , Boeing 737 MAX, Airbus 320neo), the largest ever aircraft order in European aviation history. New aircraft is a win-win for the company s cost, the environment and passenger comfort Norwegian offers free in-flight WiFi on its s Norwegian offers in-flight entertainment on its s Norwegian offers streaming of movies and tv-shows on the majority of its WiFi-equipped aircraft Routes and Destinations Served Norwegians currently operates 424 routes to 130 destinations in Scandinavia, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the US. Corporate Responsibility Norwegian s corporate responsibility strategy is primarily based on how Norwegian as an airline can contribute to less pollution and emissions by flying new and fuel efficient aircraft. Our Codes of Ethics give directions for a good working environment and highlights the Group s guidelines for human rights, prevention of corruption, employee rights and safety for all both our customers and employees. Norwegian is a UNICEF partner because of the organization s overall focus on children s rights.
6 Environment: Norwegian is committed to actively engage in and support sustainable environmental policy, and to continue to reduce emissions from aviation. By renewing the fleet, emissions are reduced and passengers are offered new and more comfortable aircraft. Norwegian has a clear goal of reducing emissions per flown passenger by more than 30 per cent in the period Norwegian also undertakes a variety of other measures to minimize its environmental impact. All employees should focus on how they can contribute to a better environment in their daily work. Human Worth: Everyone at Norwegian has a joint responsibility to create a good working environment and develop a sound corporate culture marked by openness and tolerance. Partnership with UNICEF: Norwegian has decided to partner with humanitarian organization UNICEF through a Signature Partnership. Norwegian's support to UNICEF consists of travel funding and fundraisers. In addition, all Norwegian employees donate their company Christmas presents to UNICEF.
