1 EGESOFT & VENTURA About us: Founded in 1995, Egesoft produces automatization programs mainly for the Health Sector as well as institutional information software upon request. As far as HIMS (Hospital Information Management System) is concerned, it is used in many institutions and is one of the most welldeveloped software in the Health center form the technologic point of view. Ventura Software Company was founded in 2002 and has its field of expertise is software design for the health sector. Having developed more than 200 such products as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System) in medium and large scale health establishments, Ventura has joined its solutions with those of Egesoft and thus created with a unified product of HIMS, LIMS and PACS. All HIMS - related modules are web-based. HIMS Modules HYMS Main Module: Includes all patient operations (patient records, laboratories, polyclinic hospitalization, dialysis, medulla, dentists, x-ray) PIS (Personnel Information System) Module: Personnel salaries, working capital, personnel information, and other personnel related procedures.

2 Purchase Module: the payments of the establishment, necessety and tendor transactions. Storage Accounting (Portable) Module: Hardware, amortization, stock and MRMS (Materials & Resources Management System) movements. Pharmacy Module: Follows Medical consumables (Medication) in stock, works in integration with MRMS and MEDULA. EIS (Examination Identification System) Module: Getting a number in line, queue procedures and patient calling when patien carries a card valid in all policlinics. Accounting Module: Account plans, receits, invoicing for private (fee-paying) and official patients, cashiers operations, invoicing of institutions apart from MEDULA, income and expense transactions as well as budget planning. Statistics Module: Statistic reports for all operations. Training Module: In or out of service training activities and their follow-up. Technical Service Module: Follows up all maintanance operatons within a hospital (windows, doors, paint). Works in integration with MRMS. Quality Module: Composes quality related documents.

3 Appointment Module: Follows appointment procedures. Management Module: Shows the execution of such activities as instant applications, discharging of patients, inpatients, treated patients and the number of surgeries to the hospital management. Ration Module: Prepares detailed lists and follows patients, personnel s and in-patients daily ration and diet. Laboratory Information System Module: Follows up and reports all laboratory operations. Test Results Module: Provides opportunity to view patients reports of test results online. Radiology Information System and PACS Module: Follows up and reports all imaging operations. Documentation Module: Does archiving, unit records and well as document entrance/exit procedures of an institution. Blood BankModule: Hold records of donor transactions, blood stock count, information on blood donors and blood receivers. Mouth Plan Module: Shows images of patient s mouth plan as well as dental operations for dental clinics. Data Transfer Module: Used to access other data from HIMS.
